Dr. McAfee and the team at alpine dental in boulder did such an amazing job. I have a lot of dental anxiety and the whole team was kind, understanding, and patiently answered all my questions. The dental hygienist was thorough and gentle. Would highly recommend alpine dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. Actually looking forward to coming back for my routine cleanings now!

Dr. McAfee and Kaitlyn made me feel comfortable and informed for my first dental visit with them and my first cleaning in years. Not to mention she did a great job cleaning my teeth! It has been years since I’ve seen a dentist and I was nervous from an experience at another practice. This experience put me at ease! Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. Dr McAfee is A+. He took a lot of time to explain what he is doing and why. I found him also to be very reasonably priced. His assistant were equally excellent. Front desk very friendly.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Dr. McAfee is lovely, he answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole visit. My hygienist (I forget her name, maybe it was Jamie?) walked me through the X-ray process and everything else. I’ve only had a consultation so far but I know everything else I do with them will be quality!

On 6/20/2025, I had my first appointment with Dr McAfee and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, Dr McAfee and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. His kindness truly stood out; he took the time to find out about me and listen to my concerns and answer all my questions thoroughly. Dr McAfee was incredibly skilled and demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the examination and treatment. He noticed an issue with my crown that the dentist I was going to for a long time didn’t notice nor mention it. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. He spent ample time correcting the issue, plus more. He made sure I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. His price was extremely reasonable and fair. I am so grateful to have found such a kind, decent and skilled individual. If you’re looking for someone who truly invests in your dental health and can make you feel comfortable at the same time, I highly recommend Dr McAfee!!! A Gross

Dr McAfee and his practice team are excellent! I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my long life and was head of recruiting for a major East Coast multi state dental practice and I was really impressed by his thorough approach to dental care. His manner is relaxed, competent, caring and thoughtful. He explained ev quite well. He gave me realistic assessments, a practical action plan and was not looking to oversell unwarranted services. The office was calm, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Alpine Dental and Dr McAfee!
