Dental & Implant Centers of Colorado

DO NOT RECOMMEND. By far, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. I was pressured into fillings I did not need for what a different dentist confirmed were stains, not cavities. Since receiving the fillings at Dental & Implant Centers of Colorado in Boulder, I have had sensitivity in my teeth to cold, heat, and while eating chips (pringles even!) for the first time in my life. Furthermore, this location is extremely unprofessional. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment, but the staff were laughing and joking together in the back and ignoring the front desk. They did not check me in for my appointment until 10 minutes after the scheduled time. They did not apologize for the lateness, but explained that they always have a mid-day team check-in to connect the morning and afternoon shifts. I was not convinced this was true, especially given the line of four people behind me who were also inconvenienced by this unprofessional behavior. One of the people who was supposed to be on the front desk, Terri, was also the assistant for the fillings. So, after being treated like I didn't matter and having a strained encounter at the front desk, I was suddenly at the mercy of this person during the procedure itself. Furthermore, because they were so behind after making their patients late for their appointments, I was left to wait for my mouth to numb for over half an hour. After the numbing process, I was having difficulty swallowing and breathing, and Terri was the person in charge of making sure I didn't aspirate on the water the dentist was using to irrigate during the drilling process. It felt like being waterboarded - an experience that was not improved by my lack of confidence in the whole team by that point. None of this was necessary, because the dentist was over-treating by prescribing fillings in the first place. So, I was charged money for a procedure I did not need and had the worst experience ever in the process. It's too bad, because the Dental & Implant Center office in Cherry Creek was great and helped my partner with an emergency situation. Dr. Dhawan was excellent - efficient, compassionate, and skilled. Do NOT go to the Boulder location as long as Terri and Kelsey are there.

**Outstanding Experience at Dental Implant Centers of Colorado!** We had a wonderful experience at Dental Implant Centers of Colorado! They went above and beyond to accommodate all three of my teenagers during our visit. Not only did they make time for all of them in one day, but they also completed most of the needed procedures right away, which saved us additional trips. The staff was truly amazing—kind, patient, and extremely helpful. A big thank you to Dr. Alex, Bree, Teri, and Toccea for their excellent care. We are so grateful for the outstanding service and personalized care we received. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing dental work—they truly care about their patients.

This is a great team. Dr. Ansha is very thorough and thoughtful. The entire care team is lovely and efficient.

Update. This place is still amazing. It gives comfortable. If you are having any anxiety about your dental visit, One trip here and that will fade away. You will be greeted warmly, they are very knowledgeable so you can ask any questions you have and recieve a thorough explanation. 😉 they have more than one location. 10/10 definitely recommend.

This visit raised the bar for my expectations for how an dentist visit should go. The office was clean, inviting, well-lit, and easy to find. All of the staff I interacted with were personable to the point where they felt like like old friends and they handled the intake and exam process quickly and efficiently, leading to a speedy initial visit with pleasant and relatively painless outcomes.

Amazing dental experience, they went above and beyond to get me in and fix a damaged tooth, definitely come see these folks!
