Create A Smile Dentistry - Dr. Ken Moore

New patient here! Let me tell you. Doctor Moore and his staff, was very welcoming and professional. Very clean office. As the hygienist was setting up for my teeth cleaning. I was asked if I wanted fluoride and gave me the price before she started. Which was great. No surprise bill at the end! They break everything down before hand. You're not pressured to do anything! Was educated on different options I could do! Was so happy to find doctor Moore and his staff!

I had composite bonding done at this office on two teeth with the goal of achieving a natural, composite veneer like appearance. Unfortunately, the bonding was done incorrectly three separate times before it was finally adjusted, and even now the result does not look natural. The composite color does not match my natural teeth, which was my main concern from the beginning. Before starting treatment, I was clearly told that if I was unhappy with the results, the bonding could be removed at no additional cost and my natural teeth would be returned to their original state. When I recently reached out requesting removal due to continued dissatisfaction, I was informed that I would now be charged $400 to have their poor work removed. This directly contradicts what I was told prior to treatment. In addition to the dental outcome, the overall professionalism of the office was extremely disappointing. Multiple dental assistants were rude, one spoke negatively about another staff member to me, and the front desk staff made me feel judged and uncomfortable. I left several appointments feeling disrespected rather than cared for as a patient. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to ask very clear questions, get everything in writing, and consider other offices before proceeding with cosmetic work here. This was a frustrating and upsetting experience, and I regret choosing this practice.

Very good experience! Dr. Moore and staff are friendly and competent and they worked me in on a busy day and did a same day, painless replacement of a broken crown! Highly recommend this dental practice. Thank you Create-A-Smile!

If I could leave zero stars I would!! I don’t understand how all the other reviews are so different from mine unless they are AI bots… This dentist may be excellent, (or so I was told…..) however the office staff, especially the office manager are extremely incompetent at their jobs. I called in to set up appointments for my 8yr old son, my wife and myself. I told them what insurance I/we have and they said YES we accept that. Once my wife took off work and got there she was told they don’t accept HIP Anthem for anyone over 17. Once again I mentioned our insurances and was told they were accepted!! Come to find out they don’t accept Anthem at all!!!! So when I called 45 minutes before my appointment today (11/21/25) just to check again since my wife reminded me before I took off work, I was met with the same response that they don’t accept HIP care source for anyone over 17…. Like why tell me you take it if you don’t??? There’s even more incompetent behavior going on at this dentist office, Like extremely rude and unprofessional attitudes, snobby and snootiness towards patients that pay your bills.!!! I just feel like the boss (Ken Moore) needs to see and read this so he knows what’s going on in his office. Again I truly hope Ken Moore reads this and not some other office personnel who responds with a statement sticking up for their behavior. Very unimpressed with their attitudes towards patients and overall incompetence. All around very poor office personnel. Stay away if you can!!!!!

Dental hygienist hit gums with hook several times without apologizing. Doctor Moore didn’t discuss with me any of the work needed to be done with my teeth with me. I found out I had 7 cavities at the scheduling desk. Two hours after the appointment I get a call from a surgeon telling me that they have been referred for an examination for a possible root canal. This was also not discussed with me in office that a root canal was a possibility. I am very underwhelmed by the service I got today. This office usually does a fantastic job. I hope this was just an exception.

Dr Ken Moore and his staff go above and beyond on every visit! Even for routine teeth cleaning, they take such detailed care with all the best products and practices. I look forward to a squeaky clean feel and a bright, white smile every time! You can tell they really care:)

I have an aversion to setting up appointments, and I always push off scheduling anything medical. Create a Smile makes it so easy, and you never have to schedule out multiple weeks or months in advance. I had chipped my tooth, and they got me in on the same day I had called for an appointment. While I know that is not always typical, I know they work to get you in as soon as possible. I could write a whole other review on how great their staff is. Before my chipped tooth, I hadn't been to the dentist in five years. They have made the process of going to the dentist accessible and welcoming, and I will definitely be back. I am so happy I found this office!
