Over Thanksgiving I broke a molar thoroughly enough to need a dentist. I'd seen Dr. Reitmeier long ago and was impressed. She was out of the office, but I could get in to Dr. Kong the day after I called. It could easily have turned into an ordeal and definitely wasn't fun. It was more a happy accident. The broken tooth had to come out, along with two others that she demonstrated weren't far behind the broken one. Dr. Kong was very straightforward but tactful about what she thought needed to be done; there was no pressure to go along with her plan. I have metal based partial plates that she thought could be added to; modern plastic appliances don't seem to fit, stay put or work as well. After the extractions and enough time for the jaws and gums to heal, she took impressions, got my old but modified partials back, fitted them and saw me a month later for final adjustments. The final visit was as close to enjoyable as can be said about a dental visit. She took a few minutes with me and explained dental care and my prognosis better than anyone had previously done in my 70+ years. She's caring, compassionate, astute, skilled and patient. I just wish I'd found her much sooner.

Great experience with dentist. Awful Awful experience with the girls that answer the phones at the front desk. The dentist are great the girls at the front desk need more training. The one I got on the phone said I missed 3 appointments iv never missed and she would not ask anyone else if the computer could be wrong or something else has happened and maybe its a mix up. She just said no and that is that im no longer allowed to have my teeth fixed here anymore. That's not fair at all.

My new dentist! At 68 years old I’ve had a lot of experience with dentists, over the years, 4 root canals, 3 implants, etc. All that takes a lot of maintenance and expense over time, and I’ve lived all over the country so, I’ve been with LOTS of dentists. I’ll say that it’s such a relief to find a dentist who is capable, honest, and genuinely caring. Dr Kong and her entire staff, from front desk, to the assistants and hygienists are terrific. It’s obvious that they respect each other as well as the patient. It’s a winning formula and it shows. Nice office and location too! And none of the up-sell I’ve seen at past dentists of mine. A-Plus!

The dentist are great but the woman at the front dest need more training. I dropped my dentures so I called to get them fixed. But the lady i was unlucky enough to speak to told me I missed 3 appointments and im no longer able to get my teeth fixed here. Iv never messed an appointment but the lady on the phone said I did and would not see if there might be a mix up somewhere. She just told me iv missed appointments and im no longer welcome. When I said thanks she hung up on me. The front desk lady's need more training. This is not fair.

I really like this dental office! All staff have been kind; I’ve felt like they are professional, efficient, and thorough. I love their Halloween decorations, both inside and outside the office. At my most recent visit, the dentist did my cleaning herself because she was available at the time, and the dental hygienist was still working with another patient— I offer that just as an example, because I felt like doing so showed a commitment to patient care and kindness about my time, which I appreciate. I would heartily recommend this dental practice to anyone. I also have been upfront about some of my… sometimes lackadaisical personal routines, so if you have fallen off the flossing-daily wagon, you aren’t going to be shamed or shunned here. Give them a call! They have a comfortable lobby, too!

Great experience with dentist but awful awful experience with the girls working the front desk they do not care about you like the actual dentist does .the dentist hear are amazing. But the the woman at the front desk that pretends its her business needs more training. They have me down for 3 no shows thats absolutely wrong. But the lady on the phone wold not let me speak to or even ask the dentist if they are sure it is me that missed. She just said it was you so no. That is not fair. The dentist will be wondering why iv not been back. Its because the woman at the front desk has my folder wrong iv never missed without calling and telling them. Iv only been late one time. I never missed. Thank you.

I never missed an appointment girls atvthe front desk are not willing to see if there could be a mistake like they were.The dentist are amazing. The front staff needs more training. But the lady on the phone was not willing to check with dentist to see if there was a mistake she just said no you missed and are no longer able to come here. Very unfair. And would not even ask if maybe there is a mix up. No she just pretends thats her business not the dentist she actually works for.
