This Dennis is the best. I was with her for many years. Health Partners, she stopped taking had a problem with them but now she is taking them again so I'm back with her. She's so great. She is having a problem with CVS, so yeah, it's either the Walgreens 2435 street road Bensalem PA 19020 they will take care of you and they know the situation over there. So they know how to fix it. But she's working on getting it all fixed and giving you the best experience for Dennis. Can I ever do anything for you? She's my best friend. Since she has helped me out so many times my Dennis.

My experience here was disappointing. I still have bleeding around a crown they placed, and billing was poorly handled. I was charged for things like a flossing demo and told my deep cleaning would be covered under a treatment plan, but it wasn’t. It often felt like they cared more about money than patient care or communication.

I'm reading all the bad comments but I absolutely love this practice.. Dr Raj is the best I have gone to many dentists and never returned. But Dr Raj was gentle and I was never in pain. So much that I was asking for more dental work to be done by her. I highly recommend and they keep your appointment time so it's never a long wait.

I'm reading these reviews and I'm wondering are we talking about the same dental practice? The experience my wife and I have had with Dr.Raj has been nothing but positive. Totally professional and competent. As far as cost go she is reasonable. I recommend her completely.

Do yourself a favor and stay AWAY from this awful, unprofessional and scheming place. Front desk? Literally embarrassing rude to constumers. That girl Kathleen should really look for a job she likes because she clearly hates her life working there. The endodontist missed a root on my husbands tooth and they literally want to charge my husband 80-150 dollars for a follow up. They want to make it look like he is coming for a consult when the treatment was literally already done on this tooth and wasn’t done right. The two girls I spoke with today in the phone really sucked. Didn’t seem to care for patients at all. Rude. I asked for manager and they kept saying he’s a busy man they won’t tell me when he’ll be there. After all, really, just don’t go there. Spend the extra bucks at a real dentist place or you’ll end up not only with more teeth pain but stressed and frustrated. If I could give them a -5 star I would. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!

Dr Raj is awesome, the office has very strange practices; the "plan" is never really what happens, they charge for services then when you return for follow-up there is another unexpected charge. I paid for dentures, when I returned for step 2 in the process I had to sign a form that basically said the patient can't hold them accountable for anything that goes wrong with the dentures. This form should have been made known before my first visit and before payment.

Absolutely maddening experience. The office staff was friendly but they absolutely wasted my time by not confirming with my insurance prior to my appointment. They had an issue but did not communicate it with me. I verified with my insurance coverage yet this provider still refused to see me. Completely wasted my time.
