I absolutely love this office, I was so grateful I had found it and they took me right away because I had an infection. I am now pursuing extractions, impressions and dentures. The staff is considerate and caring. They're thoughtful and compassionate! I love Dr Carr she's patient, gentle and very nice. I would recommend this practice to everyone and anyone

Honestly, I was not looking forward to going to have dental work done at all. But once I got there, it was truly a great experience, the staff is among the friendliest, most courteous, really professional and most of all made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend urban dental of Bensalem to anyone and everyone who needs dental work. And I promise you will not regret going here. Thank you urban dental and the girls who work there, you are truly amazing.

This office is clean. Everyone's friendly, very informative.I made them aware.I am terrified when it comes the dental work, they were so patient. My appointment was for x rays and a routine visit. She offered to do one cavity to make me feel comfortable. And then she did 2 more on the other side of my mouth, so 3 teeth fixed whole appointment was under hour.

This dental office is the best one I’ve ever been in. The dentist and the dental assistants do incredible work! They always make sure your teeth come out perfect. I came into their office with rotting teeth and an ugly smile and within a few visits, they have completely transformed my smile and now I am so much more confident! I highly recommend this place!

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office and would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Scheduling was a major issue—they allowed appointments on days when the office was clearly not open or the dentist wasn’t available, leading to repeated frustration and wasted time. My son had a permanent crown placed about a month ago, and it completely came off while he was at school. This was alarming and inconvenient, especially for a permanent restoration that should have been secure. For my own planned treatment, the office repeatedly failed to submit the necessary paperwork to my insurance, despite multiple follow-ups. I’ve received several letters from the insurance company stating they still haven’t received any documentation, which has delayed my care significantly. The front desk staff (particularly when handling calls during closed hours or after-hours) often struggled with English communication, making it difficult to get clear answers or resolve problems. Overall, the lack of reliability, poor follow-through on administrative tasks, and unprofessional service made this a terrible experience. I regret choosing this practice and recommend finding a more dependable dentist.
