Had a dental issue and needed 2 teeth pulled. I was scheduled in quickly, and Dr Phillip Horning was so nice and did an amazing job. Their care is excellent and made my experience a pleasant one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 out of 10. Was in there less than an hour… and when I left I was pain free!!!

My son Nicholas cannot smile anymore. He wanted to talk to someone who would be able to tell us what to do. Due to disability and illness, his teeth are not fixable. A former NFL offensive lineman and UCSB graduste turned fine artist, Nick needed hope. Dr.Smith gave him Hope. We need to try and make it happen.

$500 for a simple 10 minutes procedure. No initial exam just straight to the full mouth scan and X-ray then an 1 1/2 wait and a 15 minute pep talk about how caring and great they are. Still no exam. When he finally had a look "oh no problem we can take care of that right away". This practice has an expansive facility and the overhead must be enormous. They have a poster in the lobby that says "with our 10% discount you can save thousands!" ( you do the math on that one) Obviously geared to maximum insurance billings. I've had cheaper lawyers. They are not the place to go for one time visit and they should discourage potential patients from scheduling if not looking for long term treatment.

Legit the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Not usually a fan of calling employees "family," but there are honestly no better words for the culture of pure support you feel when you’re there and the relationship they all have with each other. Most people visit a dentist for fun things like cavities, chipped teeth, or root canals. When that happens, you want the best people with the best equipment, and not a cold business transaction. They let me pay after without giving me a hard time. They fit me in last minute. They accommodated my unorthodox requests. They even let me be a little upset when I mistakenly thought my appointment was 20 minutes in the past. They won't play annoying music with commercials and charge you before they know you or anything else that feels surface level. They somehow balance real professionalism with a genuinely warm, family-like vibe. I’m going to stop brushing my teeth just so I have a reason to go back.

The staff are most incredible! Personable, caring, fun, professional and always available available to answer questions, help, advise and just support for long hours of dental work! Dr. Smith is AWE-MAZING! I always felt safe, prepared, and cared for through all the procedures. The same for the Dental Assistants. Always caring, explaining and gently attending. Christy, the Care Coordinator welcomes and greets everyone like family. She provided printouts of every procedure, with detailed information. She was available by phone and in person, anytime. The front staff that greets me as I come in and check out, were also fully supportive, helpful, informed and welcomed me with offering of beverages, and provided scheduling to best meet my calendar needs. The staff that provided my new teeth via 3D Printer very knowledgeable, talented to create individual needs and preferences, were excited to meet me, and to see their final creation, happily and beautifully in my mouth! What a great team, great experience and a life changing new beautiful smile I now have to greet tge world with for many years to come! Thank you all! What a magical journey you provided for me! I hope many, many others can experience this and the JOY you all made for me. Thank you all!!!

I'm fairly new to this office. I'm having an implant procedure done. Dr Smith and his staff have been incredibly. Today I had my teeth cleaned. The best cleaning I have ever had. No pain. The hygienist was very gentle and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. I also had digital impressions done today and again the staff was fantastic. 5 stars all the way. I'm am so happy I switched to this office!!!

Dr.Dimitri was so great with explaining what needs to be done to get me back on track with my oral hygiene. He was also very transparent with my treatment plan and costs assosiated with it. I trusted him to do my extraction and he made the arrangements for my replacement tooth to be made and ready in a few weeks. The front office receptionists have also been exceptional with working with me on the scheduling portion of it with my 9-5 m-f work schedule. Coming from someone who has both bad finances and teeth i would gladly recommend this office to anyone who was in the same situation i was. Totally helped me on a time of need when other offices were yanking me around. Thank you.
