Dr. Paul Kim was fantastic. He was able to take me on as a new patient right away, which was a huge relief. He explained everything clearly and made the filling procedure quick and painless. I was also impressed by the high-tech, state-of-the-art equipment in his office — it made the experience feel modern and very efficient. The staff was welcoming and organized. I highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Absolutely a God sent! The hubby and I have struggled to find a good dentist since we moved here 9 years ago. We found this place on google and read the reviews and felt good enough to give them a try! So glad we did!!! We finally found our Dental home. Dr. Kim, is your one stop, shop he can do it all which is so hard to find usually you have to go to a different place for root canal especially for the back teeth, but he takes you threw the whole process and that really makes a difference. He has this super cool 3D x-ray machine that gives him a huge advantage to seeing how to fix you up. He has been taking care of all our teeth and has fixed some big mistakes of other Dental work we have had done aroud town. He saved a tooth others said was to far gone, and for the first time in years I can eat without pain and on both sides of my mouth!! Dr. Kim and his staff makes you feel comfortable and at home which means a ton cause my hubby has a huge fear of the dentist and I can acutely get him to want to go to the dentist and thats never happened in over 10 years of marriage, lol. We are so so blessed to have found this place! If your looking for a dentist that acutely cares about you and saving your teeth look no further then deepy rooted, not only will they get you taken care of they will get you an appointment ASAP and when your in tooth pain nothing means more then getting relief you can acutely trust.

I had a tooth emergency and these amazing people got me in ASAP within two days of the problem and we're able to do treatment same day unlike other places. The staff was so so kind and friendly when I walked in and the doctor made me feel comfortable finally in a dentist setting. He got straight to the point and said he would do whatever he could to help me. Thank you so much for getting me in so quickly and helping me be able to smile again. You guys are truly amazing!!! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Kim. Him and his team are a dream team of dental services! Thanks you guys!!!

To be honest, part of me hesitates to write this review because I hope Dr. Kim doesn’t get too busy because this practice is phenomenal! Dr. Kim (Paul) did an amazing job with a C-shaped root canal on tooth #31, a difficult and tedious procedure. From start to finish, he and his staff made me feel welcome, relaxed, and taken-care of. The procedure ended up taking 4+ hours, but his patience and professionalism made it felt much shorter. Afterward, my ice sensitivity and chewing pain went from a 9-10 down to a 0-1 after a week, and it's healing more every day. It's the first time in many years I've able to chew or drink ice water on that side. Thank you so much, Dr. Kim, Renee, and Jesseca! I'm grateful you're a part of our community.

Dr. Kim and his team were the best. They had a last minute cancellation and got me in Monday first thing. We did a quick assessment of my tooth extraction. During the procedure they talked through everything and made me feel comfortable. If you need anything done, go see Dr. Kim and his wonderful team.

The love and care that is here is the most palpable experience I have ever had with a dentist by far. My mother was at a different, oral surgeon to have a pretty serious extraction made, and we were both really scared because her health is very compromised. I've done a lot of research and learned that the periodontal ligament needs to be removed or it can reek some havoc which she definitely would've experienced. It may have been the end of her life due to her complicated medical situation. I asked the surgeon where she was originally going if they removed it and I was met with a combative response, defensiveness impatience, and you could tell that they were very irritated that I could speak to them in their own language. Absolutely zero curiosity about what I was talking about or a desire to learn something. As a medical provider myself, I was turned off completely by the disconnection and absolute lack of care and humility I experienced at Ridgeline. Needless to say, my mother did not have them do the procedure, but it was stressful because she has an infection and she really needs to get these teeth out. I got on Google and found Deeply Rooted and called them. I was so impressed when the dentist called me back himself. Dr. Kim got us in that afternoon and spent a great deal of time and care with us and by the next day the procedure was done. I knew my mother was in great hands. This man cares and so does his staff and he cares enough to keep himself up-to-date with modern research not only does he remove the periodontal ligament. He also offers stem cell. The stem cells are the main reason why my mother is healing so well right now. I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only is he doing everything he can to provide the safest experience, he is available via text message overnight and over the weekend in case any complications come up. His care is real and effective. You are a lucky person if you end up coming here.
