Choi Dental Care (Ki Chul Choi, DDS & Inhye Choi, DDS)

Clean environment, and professional Doctor & associates - Fantastic Dentist! I read all the negative reviews and noticed they were mostly about the rescheduling fee. Well, think about it. Frivolous rescheduling practices hurt other patients in serious needs. The rescheduling fee must be designed to prevent them. Dentist appointments deserve your high priority to make it on time.

Came 10 minutes early to my appointment, waited 50 minutes with nobody in front of me, explained multiple times I have other things scheduled in my day and was responded to with attitude. Cut me off while I was speaking first and then said "please let me finish talking" ? You could have let me know what was happening, kept your patients informed, had me come back later in the day instead of having me waste an HOUR of my time doing nothing??? I work in the med field, I get it there is always a wait, but theres nobody else here you’re CLEARLY not busy. The LEAST you could do is be kind and keep your patient actively waiting and in front of you INFORMED.

Everyone in the office is so friendly and caring. The offices and lobby area are very clean and modern. I was always highly anxious for my cleanings and Dr. Inhye Choi made sure I felt comfortable while getting my 6month checkup/cleaning. Check in was speedy at the front desk. She took extra care on my cleaning and explained the process after my x-rays. Definetely recommending to all my friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Choi’s dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and runs very efficiently. I want to especially highlight the hygienist Sylvia who did my cleaning—she was absolutely wonderful. Gentle, thorough, and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Dr. Choi was equally impressive—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about her patients. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience. My husband and I have been coming here for years. Thank you Dr. Choi and to the whole team!

Only came in twice so far for a root canal and they were the best dental experiences I’d ever had. Staff is wonderful and accommodating (I came an hour late for my appointment - don’t do this, but they didn’t charge me a cancellation fee and still took me). Mr./Dr. Choi is very skilled and kind. Procedures were quick and painless.

Read the people who gave them poor(one star) reviews, they deserve justice. This dentist is too rough with the clean ups and is dismissive of questions.

I appreciate the effort of the young hygienist, as she was kind and professional. However, my teeth cleaning experience was not thorough. It felt like only part of my teeth were cleaned, and I experienced discomfort multiple times. While I’m somewhat relieved she didn’t continue, I do believe she could benefit from further training to improve her technique. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return for another cleaning here.
