I don’t usually make reviews. But I had to because this has been the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The customer service is superb, the ladies are so welcoming and made me feel super comfortable. This dentist office is judgement free and with spectacular quality services and care. They take the time to explain the procedures, costs and have so much empathy when it came to my dental hygiene. I have now switched my dentist to their dentistry because of how positive the experience has made me feel. 100/10.

I had an amazing experience at Bayside Family Dentistry!! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and professional atmosphere. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, organized, and efficient. They made check-in and scheduling a breeze, and their welcoming attitude set the tone for the entire visit. Dr. Caz was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly dedicated to patient care. She answered all of my questions and developed a clear, personalized treatment plan in detail and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. All the hygienists were absolutely wonderful. They explained each step of the cleaning process and offered great tips for maintaining my oral health at home. Their calm and friendly manner instantly put me at ease. I highly recommend Bayside Family Dentistry to anyone looking for quality dental care delivered by a team that truly cares about their patients.

My first time at this office and it was a lovely experience! Office was clean, the front desk staff was friendly and explained every detail about the visit / payment. No wait time. The dental hygienist and doctor were both professional, very friendly as well. They both took their time explaining my X-rays, with my cleaning, and answered all my questions. Nowadays, doctor/dental office visits feel so rushed….on top of that I get nervous at the dentist 😅…but this office eased the nerves and had great energy. My visit went smooth. Happy I found a reliable practice in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a dentist!

I recently switched over to this dentist and I’m so happy with the decision to do that. Everyone on staff is extremely nice and welcoming and Dr.Caz is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job with my cleaning and overall exam, I had no discomfort at all. Highly recommend this dentistry!

Everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. Dr. Caz was great and explained my issue very well. She demonstrated what I needed to do and made sure I had a good understanding of the plan. The office is beautiful and I feel confident with my care plan.

While they were short staffed on the day of my appointment, they did not let me feel it for enough a minute. The only reason I know is because they mentioned it. The care and the amount of time spent providing detailed explanations and cleaning was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this dental practice! Thank you!

Dr Caz is friendly, professional and most importantly knows what she is doing. She has the knowledge and experience to do the job. I can't think of a better dentist to work on my teeth. The hygienist and office staff are all excellent. Highly recommend.
