Everyone in this office has been amazing! The customer service is top tier from the front office to the Dentists’ chairs and everyone in between. Each staff member is extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Dr. Lofters sneaker choice of the day is always a highlight of my daughter’s visits. Somehow, they made her braces journey fun. Wait times are excellent. The office is in a cool vibrant, but quaint area and the inside of the office perfectly matches that vibe. Not only is the entire office knowledgeable and friendly, I’m convinced they all moonlight as Ford models! My family and our teeth love Smile Envy!

When it comes to dentures, they do horrible work. The plates had to be redone numerous times. And the last product, still unsatisfactory. Decided to just deal with it and not go back. The overall process went into a two year timeframe. Never really received statements from them showing insurance company filings. The bill was never settled, resulting in an overpayment- no refund though. Even had a face to face chat with Dr. Loefters to express disappointment, accompanied by numerous written communication. Was assured change, but nothing. I would never refer this practice.

Toni reached out and took excellent care of me. I was finally able to get my crown and a cleaning, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciate her professionalism and how she made sure things were handled properly. I’m satisfied with the outcome and grateful the office followed through. Thank you for getting everything resolved!

Dr. Lofters and the entire team are absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for. He takes the time to explain every step of the process and makes sure his patients (and parents!) feel comfortable and confident.

I am a new patient and was seen by Dental Hygienist, Ms. Rafal. She is so professional and informative. I have a newfound understanding of what is going on with my dental health and extremely glad I found this office. I am normally really afraid of dental visits and anxiety is usually heightened but she made the visit easy. I'm very happy with my visit and highly recommend this office.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Smile Envy Dental Group — it has truly been the worst dental visit I’ve ever had. Two weeks ago, I went in for two specific fill-ins and clearly requested which teeth needed treatment. To my surprise, Dr. Cao performed the procedure on two completely different teeth. I had no pain prior to this visit, but afterward, I experienced excruciating pain on the right side of my mouth, radiating up to my temple. I returned to the office on Thursday (after their hygienist cancelled my appointment on two different days the day of) and informed the hygienist of the pain. She said she would notify the doctor, but nothing was done. By Tuesday, I had to call the office myself to get help and was scheduled for a 2 PM appointment. When Dr. Cao entered the room, he was visibly hostile and asked what the issue was. I explained the pain I’d been experiencing since the fill-ins, he first asked me how I knew he did 2 fill ins which I told him your hygienist told me the teeth you worked on. He immediately began arguing, claiming he never did any fill-ins and instead performed a root canal — which was completely false. I asked him to check his records, where an associate named Tina confirmed that he had indeed do the fill-ins. Despite being proven wrong, Dr. Cao did not apologize and instead questioned me aggressively, asking how I didn’t know which tooth was hurting. I asked if he could test the area to identify the problem, and when my voice raised slightly out of frustration, the situation escalated. Dr. Cao refused to fix the issue and just walked out of the room. Tina, and another male associate began to argue with me — all while my young child was present. The male associate was particularly aggressive, which was incredibly inappropriate and intimidating, not to mentioned he laughed out loud in my face as I was leaving. Tina attempted to remove the paper bib from my neck, which I told her not to do that, that was completely inappropriate and threatening. They ultimately called the police — all because I was seeking help for pain caused by their own mistake. My child was in tears afterward, asking why they wouldn’t help me. This visit was traumatic, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will be pursuing other avenues to ensure accountability. I strongly advise others to avoid this office — patient care and respect are clearly not priorities here. I posted this note on the BBB under their location also and WOW, this is not the first time this has happened!! There is another incident of an issue very similar back in April 2024.. Wow. This is absolutely crazy. Their practice is completely negligent. I have now requested my records to be sent to me twice and each time they are saying they will send them to me and guess what… nothing. I just got a letter in the mail from Dr. Cao saying that I need to have my new dentist contact them with a signed release form for them to send over my records. Last time I checked I did not need a release form to have my records sent to MY email which is what I have been requesting and they are clearly refusing. This entire practice is disgusting.

As a new patient, I was treated with respect and the process of getting an appointment was efficient. They sent me a link in advance to fill the forms out so upon arrival I signed in and within 5 minutes was escorted into a room and met the dental hygienist, Rafael. She was polite, very diligent and knowledgeable. 5 stars for Rafael. Then I met Dr Cao who came in immediately after the cleaning. He asked my objectives and did a thorough exam with suggestions and rationale to meet my objectives. First experience I would give 5 stars!
