⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend Serenity Dental of Sandy Springs! From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Dr. Plaisane is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She explained everything clearly and treated me with great care and respect. The staff members are equally impressive—very respectful, attentive, and always willing to help. I was seen right on time, which shows how much they value their patients. Another big plus is the convenience of the location. The office is just a couple of blocks from Highway 400 and I-285, making it super easy to get to, especially if you’re in a hurry. Their hours are also very accommodating, opening as early as 7:30 a.m. and staying open until 5:00 p.m. Overall, the combination of excellent service, professionalism, and a perfect location makes Serenity Dental of Sandy Springs my top choice for dental care. - Mrs. Beardsley

I'll start by saying that I absolutely loved this practice for years. Dr. Benson and his staff were fantastic, and I recommended them to all my friends and neighbors. However, since the practice changed hands, I have been quite disappointed. The new dentist seemed more focused on sales, and her explanations of what she was recommending and why were poor. The practice also did not disclose prior to my visit that the new dentist had not yet been credentialed with my insurance, which has caused a massive headache. I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice anymore.

Dr. Bensen is an exceptional dentist who truly provides patient-centered care. He takes the time to talk with his patients, explaining every step clearly and explaining the medical jargon. I really appreciate how he offers a realistic picture of oral health, outlining what to expect for your teeth and gums over the next five years. His thoughtful approach and clear communication made the visit transparent. His assistant, Shay, is exceptional -- very clear in her communication skills. They truly care about their patients.

I was at Serenity Dental a couple of weeks ago and had the best exam and cleaning I've ever had. Staff is awesome, I had a wonderful time and almost hated to leave. When's the last time you said that about your dental office? Dr. Plaisance is fantastic and the office almost has a spa like feeling which is why the new name is just perfect. Ask for Natalie who is a fantastic hygienist and will make you look forward to each and every appointment.

FREE parking. Top-notch, diamond level dental care. Incredibly warm, thoughtful, kind, friendly, professional staff throughout the office. We honestly look forward to going to the dentist. I can only echo my previous comments. I had pains in the region around my upper left molars but I also had a bad head cold. Rather than going to an ENT, I chose to see Dr Benson, whose profession opinion I value completely. As long as my teeth were good, I can take care of the cold/allergy issues. I left Dr Benson’s office once again a very "happy camper." PS. They "redid" the waiting room and it’s bright and welcoming just like everyone there. Thank you Serenity Dental. Please don’t change. I usually dread going to the dentist so of course I went in as emotionally numb as they made my mouth feel. However the staff was so kind and accommodating I ended up feeling almost as relaxed as if I just had received a massage. I understand the name of the practice now. Natalie was fast and thorough, a true professional. Definitely going to make this my primary dentist.

By far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. As a first timer, Natalie was my hygienist and she was incredible. Super easy to talk to and gentle on my teeth. I would marry that woman. Serenity Dental actually made me enjoy being at the dentist office. Funny to say because I haven’t seen a dentist in 10 years because I get so anxious and nervous and typically break down in tears. I’m actually still camping out in the parking garage in my car 2 weeks after my appointment because I cannot WAIT for my next cleaning! I’m begging you, ditch your dentist for Dr. Plaisance and her team of supermodels, you won’t be disappointed.
