Smile Now Dental: Thomas Pham, DMD

I hadn't been to a regular dentist in almost 10 years because of extreme anxiety. I cannot stress enough how comfortable this dentist office is. Every person I encountered, from the receptionist to the dental assistant, too the dentist were all very kind and felt human (as opposed to cold and robotic). They also do a great job. Both the assistant and the dentist were very consistent with explaining everything they were doing as they did it. They did a great job of keeping me as comfortable as possible through even the parts that have to be a little painful. This is the best dentist experience I've ever had or probably even heard of.

Thank you guys for helping me today. Going to the dentist is the worst for me, it's very traumatic. I am proud to say I survived the extraction/bone graft. Didn't think I would have done it not fully under/sedated. But, here I am, procedure complete. Thank you for understanding and doing your best to help me stay calm.

I can't say enough good things about Smile Now Dental. For months, I've had a crown that was causing me problems, and I was so relieved when I went in. Dr. Thomas Pham and his assistants were incredibly professional and friendly. They made me a new crown right there on the same day, which was so convenient. The office has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The dentist ground down my permanent teeth to fit the crown they installed. My crown fell off a third time last month. I was told last time it fell off cuz I didn't opt to get their Invisalign. I had to pay out if pocket for a root canal because they used up all my insurance. I have no confidence in going back to have my crown reinstalled at this point. Disappointed.

Dr. Pham hums to the music while he works on my teeth; to me, it's comforting and shows confidence. The staff are very friendly; this is one dental office I don't mind going to...Dr. Pham seems to care more about his patients than the pocketbook, which I have found to be rare, and I have seen many in my lifetime.

I'm nervous going in, calm, cool and collect coming out. Dr. Pham is very gentle and sings too. Haha. Explains everything clearly and gives me options.
