Dr. Refai and his team are friendly, but I would be cautious about getting major dental work done here, especially extractions. They appear to push their patients towards unnecessary and expensive treatments. I had an extraction done and at my three-week follow-up I was pressured with "limited-time deals" to pay for a $1,000 surgical cleaning they couldn’t clearly justify. I declined and later got a second opinion at the Meyer Clinic, where the oral surgeon said the cleaning wasn’t warranted. 3 months later I proceeded with my implant at that oral surgeon without any issues.

This office is brand new again! Dr. Refai is on charge and he is a very kind and patient doctor, all the team works very well and as a team, they are dedicated on their work and explaining all the procedures properly even the pricing part. I’ll come here all the time. Thank you guys!
