I’m very disappointed with my experience here. Communication should be a pillar of excellence at medical clinics, and this one was lacking in so much. This reflects how little respect they have for their patients time, money and energy. I asked for a endodontist and a specific one and it was confirmed. In preparation for this, I took the time from work and paid a pretty penny to see this doctor. On my appointment day, when I arrive, I’m not only told that the doctor I specifically asked for wasn’t available, but that the purpose of my appointment couldn’t be met. In stead of an endodontist, (which I voiced I needed several times to the appointment booker) I would be seeing a GP. But WHY? I have a dentist that sent them a referral for the specific work I needed done! WHY would I need to see a GP ? I never even agreed to it! Please DO YOUR JOB.

I had a very disappointing experience with Arlington Center for Dentistry regarding appointments for my kids. On multiple occasions, they canceled or tried to reschedule appointments at the last minute, which was extremely inconvenient. There were also situations where they attempted to delay needed work instead of completing it as planned. My biggest concern is their $75 missed appointment fee. They attempted to charge this fee to Medicaid patients. From my understanding, Medicaid providers are not allowed to bill Medicaid members directly for missed appointments under federal and Virginia regulations. This raised serious concerns for me. Additionally, I found the front desk and reception staff to be unhelpful and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

Arlington Center for Dentistry provides top-quality care. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized. My cleaning was gentle yet thorough, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail.

The staff made my dental visit surprisingly enjoyable. They walked me through the process with patience and kindness, and my cleaning was gentle but very thorough. My smile feels so fresh, and I’m genuinely excited for my next appointment.

My visits here were mixed. While some treatments and check-ups have been thorough and professional, a few others felt rushed and communication with billing wasn’t always smooth. I’d recommend confirming costs and insurance details ahead of time to avoid surprises.

I want to share this review for excellent service from my doctor Dr. Kim she is awesome and makes me feel at ease her methods are painless. I want to send a special thanks to the front desk team especially sonya she is always available to answer any questions I nay have and they work great with my insurance company. I would highly recommend this place for tour dental need see Dr. Kim tell them the big guy toney sent you. Thanks team

The attention to detail here is amazing. They made sure my teeth were cleaned perfectly and even gave me tips on how to take better care of my gums. I left the clinic feeling confident and happy about my dental health. Highly recommend!
