I’ve had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Kohan since 2006, and I can’t express enough how much his care and expertise meant to me over the years. Dr. Kohan wasn’t just an outstanding dentist—he was a kind, compassionate, and truly genuine person who always made me feel at ease. Whether it was for a routine cleaning or any other dental needs, he always took the time to explain what was happening, making sure I felt informed and comfortable. Dr. Kohan’s attention to detail was impeccable. He managed my wisdom teeth with such care—ensuring they grew in properly and that I could keep them for years without issue. It was only when I felt the time was right that I chose to have them removed, and Dr. Kohan supported me through every step of that decision. His approach was always thoughtful, and his ability to balance expertise with empathy made him stand out in a way that few others do. He recommended me to Oral Surgeon Kanter Herbert M DDS to pull my wisdom teeth and that was such a great referral. Since 2013, I’ve been fortunate to also work with Jennifer (Hygienist), who is just as exceptional as Dr. Kohan. Jennifer has always been gentle yet thorough, making sure that every cleaning was done with the utmost care. Her advice on how to maintain great oral hygiene was always clear and helpful, and I could tell that she truly cares about her patients' well-being. Together, Dr. Kohan and Jennifer made every visit a positive experience. Beyond the dental care, I want to mention the incredible receptionists and office staff. They always greeted me with a smile and made scheduling a breeze. I’ve never had an issue with any part of the process—whether it was appointment reminders or billing inquiries, the entire team was consistently professional, kind, and always ready to help. One of the highlights of every visit was seeing Victoria, Dr. Kohan’s wife, who worked alongside him in the office. She is truly one of the most genuine, kind-hearted individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Her warmth and caring nature radiated throughout the practice, and I always felt like I was part of a family when I was there. Her presence brought an extra layer of comfort to an already exceptional practice. Sadly, Dr. Kohan passed away last year, and while I mourn the loss of such an incredible dentist and person, I feel so lucky to have had him as my provider for all these years. His legacy lives on through the care he provided, and I am deeply grateful for the positive impact he had on my life and my dental health. I plan on keeping my appointments here because it is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for a dental office this is the one! This place has gone down hill bad times since the passing of Dr. Kohan in August 2025. Our family has been going to Dr. Kohan for many years and loved their honesty and excellent service. After the passing of Dr. Kohan, I had a routine cleaning appointment, on September 26, 2025. The dental hygienist finished cleaning my teeth and I had to wait for another 45 mins for the doctor (a woman) to check on my teeth. She apologized to me because the patient next to me had an "emergency", that’s why I had to wait 45 mins to be seen in less than 2 mins by her. She told me I had cavities, even though the x-ray result didn’t show any cavities. I take good care of my teeth and have regular 6 months cleaning routine to this place for 6 years in a row. I forgave this woman dentist and thought it was a one time occurrence since she is inexperienced. I would give them another chance and then today is my daughter’s scheduled routine cleaning appointment, October 25, 2025. We came at 11:08am. Our appointment was at 11:15am. We waited patiently for 30 mins, at exactly 11:45am, I stuck my head inside because the receptionist wasn’t even sitting in the front desk; the hygienist said to give her 1 more minute. Of course the hygienist had no right to say what time she would take us in since the woman dentist needed her help to do her other "emergencies". So I came back to sit at the waiting area for another 5 mins, the hygienist came out but didn’t take us in and couldn’t tell us how long more we should wait. I told her I wasn’t going to wait anymore, more than 30 mins wasn’t acceptable and not going to reschedule any appointments with them anymore. I gave them a chance, but they repeatedly and purposely making the same terrible treatment to their long time patient. This new woman dentist prioritizes patients who need dental care ("emergencies") that generate money to her rather than those who come for regular cleaning. What’s the purpose of having an appointment then? Our family has lost all trust to this practice. RIP Dr. Kohan, too bad the new woman dentist is just not up to par to do time management like you did. Respect your patient’s time if you want to be respected. Emergencies is when you have to call 911, this is a dental office. Dear new woman dentist, you may reap good money from that one patient who has an "emergency", but today you lost a family of three!

I brought my child in for an emergency visit on October 25th. My child was in so much pain that we couldn’t wait, and I’m so grateful the doctor saw us right away. She was kind, caring, and very professional. The doctor didn’t charge us anything for the appointment. The comment claiming that she makes money from emergency patients is absolutely false — we didn’t pay a single cent. Thank you, doctor, for your compassion, honesty, and for truly caring about your patients! 🙏💙

Dr. Kohan, DDS is simply the best! The quality of care and service is outstanding. My family — myself, my kids, and my grandkids — have been patients for many years. Dr. Kohan helped me overcome my fear of the dentist and dental procedures. The whole team truly cares about their patients and always does their best to accommodate every need. Highly recommend!

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The staff are so lovely! Jennifer is so sweet and she is a great and gentle dental hygienist. Dr. Kohan is quick and thorough. They make coming to the dentist easy!

Professional and friendly. My family and I have been going for years. They are booked up well in advance, but once I called saying I was having tooth pain and they saw me right away. The staff is always professional and courteous. Dr. Kohan was also very gentle with my young son at his very first dentist appointment.
