Kelli did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. She's very gentle & they feel nice & clean. The staff is great! Very helpful with appointments & everything. If you're looking for a great dental team this is the place to go!!

The doctor I work with-she’s great! However, the office ladies unfortunately are disappointing. I asked for and estimate for 1 of my appointment and was told a certain amount over the phone. Later on they are telling me I have an outstanding balance that’s 3x more than what paid!?! Of course, they say they don’t have a record of the call with the provided estimate. If I knew it’d be this much, I would have canceled my appointment. They told me lower price so that I can come in and now I’m stuck paying for something I didn’t it’d cost this much. Customer service is not their strongest unfortunately

I have had Dr. Carolyn Tomczyk as my dentist for more than a decade. She is kind, thorough, and has a sensible approach to treatment. If she says you need to do something, you can know you actually need to do it. I appreciate Dr. Tomczyk and her care staff. She is the best.

I am changing my rating from 5 to 1 star due to their new doctor farooqi, who seems to be just busy in doing a lousy job and getting money put of patients. I went to the facility because my filling of front tooth had come off and even after multiple xrays he could not diagnose the problem and he recommended multiple more face X-rays which could have caused a big dent in my pocket . I am not stepping into this facility ever and i would not recommend them. Stay away from this incompetent doctor.

Dr. Kripa is very good. She explains the procedure she will do and is concerned about your comfort during this time.

Smiles of Arlington heights is definitely THE place to go for any and all dental work. From Taylor at the front desk who is super helpful and accommodating with appointments to Dr Hila who is so knowledgeable and advanced in her treatment style and last but certainly not least dental hygienist Florcy whose hands are SO gentle I kept falling asleep during a gum deep clean! She's probably never said, "open, please" as many times in her life as she did in the hour and a half she was working on my mouth. Definitely a five star facility.

My service has been very good at smiles of Arlington heights. I been going there for many years and before they moved to downtown Arlington heights they use to be at there other location where I saw Dr Gilbert and then moved to this location. Until be retired after. From the hygienists And Dr B and Taylor at front desk and staff is very nice and helpful. And organized. They do a good job at cleaning my teeth also. I always feel confident after leaving there. After my appointment. They always provide good suggestions and if you have questions regarding.Your teeth or cleanings. They always listen and to concerns if I have any. I Would recommend this facility
