I was helped by Trish today regarding a possible wisdom teeth removal, and although I could not get an appointment for today since my situation should be taken care of asap, Trish was of extreme good help. She was able to recommend me to other offices that might take walk-in patients, advise me on my how to take care of my situation and even checked in a doctor to give me a possible diagnosis to the problem that i’m having. She called me back three times when I didn’t answer the first two, just to let me know she didn’t have any emergency appointments available and to give me that possible diagnosis. She was kind, quick and efficient in helping me. She seemed to truly care about my situation and was eager in helping me find a solution. Thank you so much Trish for such a positive experience.

Poor service, wouldn’t take my dog here to use there bathroom! Dental Care is not for everyone and the Dentist at this establishment should lose their license ASAP! There are so many places to use in the area that are cheaper and will give you the care you deserve as a human being

would not reccomend if you have out of network insurance. the billing department will tell you Xrays are covered, that you havent had xrays done anywhere else. then when the bill comes you owe money and they are clueless as to why and proceed to just blame it on out of network as a scape goat of an answer.

I graduated this summer so my dental insurance was supposed to end at the end of July. I got a call from the office just a week before the expiration date asking if i would still like a cleaning appointment. I said ok if you can find me a spot in the next few days. That was supposed to be a cleaning appointment, but X-rays were taken without clear discussion. I had no problems with my teeth at all, how come X-rays were necessary? Moreover no one checked if my insurance still has allowance so it was denied because I have taken X-rays within three years. They never asked if I have recent X-rays images either. Now I have to pay the pointless X-rays duplicates out of pocket. I feel I got scrapped, they made the call just to use up whatever allowance i had before they expire. They arranged a last minute appointment and charged for things I didn't ask for. It's so frustrating because i've been a patient here for years and i always recommend it to my friends. If you go, be VERY VERY CAREFUL, ask, confirm, and get explicit consent.

Worst dentist experience of my life. Dr talked non stop over my head with her assistant instead of focusing on my teeth. Filling ended up being lose leading to inflammation and had to be redone at significant cost in terms of health, money and time.

Today was my first visit with Amherst Dental. The Dentist I picked was Dr. Bagdasarov, I am so happy I have him as my dentist now. He was very thorough and kind, personable, just a great dentist and a great person. And his assistant was superb, very very nice and smart. I then had my cleaning with one of the best hygienists I ever had. I can't remember her name but she is phenomenal. I can say my first visit was great!! 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

We've been going here for a few years and truly appreciate them. Dr Humphrey, the dental hygienist, and the rest of the staff have always been great. They always listen to our complaints and provided emergency appointments when needed. We are lucky to still have independent practices in our area.
