I am so grateful I found Old Milton Dental. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this office truly cares about their patients. Ces, my hygienist, was wonderful. She cleaned my teeth so thoroughly and really took her time focusing on the areas that needed extra attention. Dr. Jarvis is not only incredibly kind, but she also took the time to clearly explain all of my treatment options so I felt informed and comfortable moving forward. Destiny helped me at checkout and was just as lovely—so pleasant and helpful. She even followed up with me afterward and was so patient when I had questions and needed to schedule another appointment. I ended up needing a tooth extracted a week later, and surprisingly, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Dr. Jarvis was gentle and constantly made sure I was comfortable. I’ve never had what I would call a pleasant dental experience before, but this team truly changed that for me. They make you feel heard, cared for, and valued. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’ll feel genuinely taken care of, I can’t recommend Old Milton Dental enough!

I have been going to old Milton dental for several years. I’ve never once had a bad experience. All of the team there are very professional and yet they make it feel like a family atmosphere. They are always glad to see me. I have had several crowns, root canals, and a bridge made for me. All of it fit perfectly and never had any additional pain after their service. I would highly recommend this group.

I have had a great experience using Old Milton dental over the past few years. Vania is an exceptional dental hygienist. She is very thorough, gentle and polite. Dr. Jarvis is exceptional as well. I feel very comfortable and confident that I’m being treated appropriately for my dental health under their care. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Old Milton Dental for several years, and it is by far the best dental office in Alpharetta and the surrounding area. The staff and service are top notch, and most importantly they are HONEST, professional, and genuinely caring. From checkin to checkout, every person you interact with makes the experience smooth and pleasant. In the past, I have been to dental offices that were not honest and focused on upselling unnecessary treatments. That has never been the case at Old Milton Dental. In all my years of going here, I have never felt pressured or taken advantage of. They only recommend what you truly need, and I trust them completely.

Absolutely the best dental experience - highly organized, trained and professional practice. Over the last 3 years the staff has handled my irrational dental anxiety with compassion and respect. Dr. Jarvis is fabulous. And today I had the pleasure of meeting Dutch, the dental emotional support golden retriever, and Kerri, the hygienist and his handler. It was a great visit! Sounds silly but it made a difference. Highly recommend this practice!

This was my first experience with the staff at Old Milton Dental. Upon entering the office I was greeted by a very cheerful receptionist who welcomed me and gave me an electronic keyboard. I was given directions to fill in the questionnaire, which I had not filled out in advance. The outer office staff was very well informed and helpful with this procedure. After a sufficient time to complete the questionnaire I was welcomed by Chelsea, a dental hygienist who would be with me throughout the rest of the appointment. I found Chelsea to be knowledgeable, warm and welcoming.. She explained everything that was happening and was concerned with my comfort throughout the appointment. The initial examination, with necessary X-rays, was quick and painless. The office and the exam rooms were spotless and comfortable. Dr. Silver was thorough in her examination and explained everything that would occur. A full explanation of my necessary treatment plan was given and my future treatment appointments made for my convenience. In all it was a very positive appointment.

Dr. Mazur has been our family's dentist for a long, long time. The reason for this is simple. I believe they do a terrific job of providing a level of care above what an average dentist provides. Plus, everyone on the staff there--from the front desk to the technicians-- are warm and thorough in delivering service. I have always recommended OMD to anyone looking for a new dentist.
