My children have been seeing Dr. Yates for years and he is always been so wonderful. Caring, reassuring, patient. The entire staff is also wonderful. I now see Dr. Yates as my dentist and I should have made the switch sooner. Excellent dentist and excellent practice. Another shout out to Angela at the front desk.

I have extreme dental anxiety and had my first visit at Dental Town today. Dr. Yates and his team are so wonderful! They put me at ease the whole time and did a thorough yet gentle cleaning. I’m 64 and this is the best dental office that I’ve ever been to. Oh, they also treat my 93 YO mom with dignity and respect. She loves going here now, too.

This review is especially for anyone who struggles with dental insecurity, anxiety, or fear.Alpharetta Dental-town is the place to go for genuine tender love and care. I’m hypersensitive and have always been inconsistent with routine dental visits because it has always felt like such a long process between where I am and the smile I’ve always desired. Dr. Yates and Dawn were truly exceptional in making me feel secure and, most importantly, at ease. I’m honestly teary eyed as I write this, because you have no idea how much I dread anything related to my teeth! Dr. Yates and Dawn have a special approach with patients that will leave you holding back tears of gratitude, even while sitting in the chair. (Yes I’m sensitive with a hence a dramatic but I mean it…lol) Even down to admin..all were truly exceptional! This visit was an answered prayer for me. I feel immense peace and want everyone to know this is where you need to go for any and all dental services. So 🗣️IF YOU DONT KNOW NOW YOU KNOW!!! lol

Dr. Yates is not only very knowledgeable but also has a wonderful bedside manner. The staff are always friendly and the technicians always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this lovely practice!

Dr Yates is the GOAT! Who looks forward to going to the dentist? Me!!! Awesome Dentist who makes you hummm along to music while getting your tooth yanked out of your mouth! True story!!

First time here and I really can’t describe how awesome my experience was! Hunter was amazing very informative on what type of treatment plan I needed! Dr Yates is such a cool guy! So glad to have found a great dentist office.

I recently transitioned our whole family over to Dr. Yates at Dental town. He is incredibly smart, kind, genuine, and empathetic. He doesn’t push unnecessary procedures and works with you to create the best plan for you. All of the hygienists and office staff we have met so far have been very professional and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
