Customer service oriented, patient focused, and responsive! Although my father did not proceed with a treatment plan, the entire team at Nuvia Dental - Alexandria worked to resolve issues and placed the patient first. Every interaction, whether it was the front desk, finance office, or patient services has been excellent. This is how health care should be done!

I went here hoping to get some beautiful plugins, for a number of missing teeth. However, I left with the same amount of teeth I came with. But this is NOT a bad thing. I have to say, I appreciate all the time they spent, explaining to me how I had too many nice and healthy teeth, for me, to become one of their patients. Though I greatly appreciate their honesty, I left with mixed emotions; very happy to know that I have more healthy teeth than what I initially believed, and very sad that I had to walk out, with no hope of benefiting from the great services they provide!! As my husband said, "maybe in about 30 more years." Thanks anyway Nuvia. . .you tried your best!!
