My husband and I have been going to Team Dental Group for over a year and we are very happy with our care. The office is very communicative, and they text with you, which I find so helpful. They are also very transparent with pricing, and there is no up selling. At my previous dentist they were always trying to sell me some procedure.

Horrible dentist office. The dentist is condescending and the front desk is extremely rude. They didn’t handle my dad’s teeth properly. He kept telling the office he was in pain and the dentist said "it takes time" and kept repeating it. He is still in pain and we will not be returning here. Rachel at the front desk dismissed my father when he arrived for his appointment. A little free advice, if you want your dentist office to be successful, it starts with your front desk and your customer service.

The staff is amazing and so is the doctor. They go above and beyond every single appointment. You can really see that the team works well together. I’m always happy coming in and when I am leaving. This staff is one of the best I’ve come across and the customer service is just as great! I always look forward to my appointments.

Each dental professional at the group has treated me with courtesy and kindness. Being a senior citizen I could not ask for a better dental group i providing great care for my needs!

We have been patients of Dr. Thuan for 19 years, driving from DC where we live to this office, twice a year, every year. This should tell you everything you need to know regarding our enthusiasm for, confidence in and loyalty to Dr. Thuan. But just in case, let us add, the man is highly experienced, diligent, and thorough. Unlike other practices at which the hygienist may do most of the work and the doctor steps in for a quick "say 'Ahhh'" at the end, Dr. Thuan does a substantial part of the cleaning himself, examining every nook and cranny of your chops. If there is an issue, he will discover it, go over it in detail and suggest treatment options. He's gentle and kind and is ready to repeat any aspects you may have missed - we've never felt rushed. Dr. Thuan always asks if you have questions at the end of the appointment, staying with you until everything is addressed. Additionally, we've never felt oversold - products pushed on us that we did not need, such as teeth whiteners (in fact, we asked about this product once, and Dr. Thuan suggested we didn't need them). The man is honest. Dr. Thuan has all the equipment you would expect from a fully stocked dental office including the panorama 180-degree x-ray and tooth-colored composite fillings - these are completed painlessly and in short order. You won't even be able to tell where the filling went in. One common point of frustration in many doctors' offices is the support staff. Dr. Thuan's hygienists and front office staff are the exception, they've been outstanding over the years and are especially so right now. Appointments are confirmed by text or phone and accommodations can be made in urgent situations. Dr. Thuan's wife, Mylynn, expertly runs the administrative aspects of the business, in both of Dr. Thuan's dental offices (he has another location in Manassas), and his sister, a physician, has a separate practice right across the hall. So it's a family affair. The office is multilingual, so in addition to English, Vietnamese, Spanish and Amharic may be available. Finally, over the years, we've had three or four changes of insurance and Dr. Thuan has taken them all. So, if you live or work anywhere in the area, it's clear there is no need for you to go anywhere else. Dr. Thuan is your dentist. - C & P

I had experienced some minor discomfort recently, and Dr Thuan was able to identify the issues I was having. I had thorough exam and a full set of x-rays. I ended up having 2 fillings over 2 different appointments. Very painless experience and he also explained what he was doing every step of the way. All my visits were very pleasant, and the entire staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this practice!
