Dr. Finley and his practice were well spoken of, and as soon as I stepped through the doors I could see why. Everyone was incredibly friendly and diligent. From the original booker to the receptionist to the check out administrator to the hygienist, and Stacey who helped me with insurance. The waiting space felt comfortable instead of imposing or overtly sterile, and it was mirrored by how warm everyone was. This significantly helped considering how nervous I was to return to the dentist, nevermind a brand new one. Tracy was a standout! Her kindness, clarity, and consideration for me was seen throughout every xray, and even through the uncomfortable parts during my first examine. She immediately and consistently set me at ease and ensured I had an incredible patient experience. Then there was Dr. Finley. After having been his patient I see why all the women who recommended, referred, and knew I had my appointment coming up have gushed about him. He is a gentleman who makes oral health easy to understand, and has a lovely presence that's enjoyable to be around. You never get the sense that he's judging you. He has a wonderful bedside manner where he breaks things down clearly and answers questions in an engaging way so you truly understand. From start to finish I felt taken care of. The only hesitancy I have in writing this review is that if everyone reading goes there, the availability will lessen significantly. 😅

It was a pleasurably visit, every one was so friendly and took time to acknowledge you as a person. Was a very relaxed appointment, very informative. They took the time to explain everything and go over the options and broke each procedure down with all the steps and what all was involved. Tracy was very nice and enjoyed Dr. Clayton was really cool. Definitely glad I choose them and went thier. Thank you for the establishment you run and God bless

Dr. Finley is great at explaining what's going on. He doesn't mind answering questions. He's kind and thoughtful. The staff is wonderful, very friendly. The establishment is very clean and comfortable. If you want to fill more like a person than a patient, southwest dental is the place to go.

I have been going to Dr. Gore at Soutwest Dental for about 4 years. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had several hygienist through the years. All of them have been efficient and thorough. Dr Gore is also an excellent dentist. His decisions are always "right on" for me. The appointments run on time which is great because I can go on with my errands and know I will be finished at their office when I expect to be.

You will be welcomed by friendly staff excited to see you and welcome you in every time with a sincere smile. They’re happy to help you through the entire process from start to finish with clear communication and going the extra mile for each of their patients to find them the proper answers to all of their questions. Dr. Finley does an amazing job with his patients by communicating extensive knowledge in a way that is well understood by patients. He listens to your concerns and does a great job at putting you at ease not just with his wise words but also with how he handles his patients before, during and after every procedure. Dr Finley performs every task in a way that provides a deep sense of calm and comfort. I absolutely never leave bad reviews. In fact this is my first. I had my first appointment with them in August where my insurance fully covered everything as expected. They told me what my 2 deep cleanings were going to intel and gave a cost breakdown of what my insurance would cover. Which is %80 of each one. Again as expected. I set the appointments and went in last month. I was not told anything about the cost I expected it to be the amount they told me. The deep cleaning was okay nothing crazy. I go to pay what I owe and I was told it would be the full cost supposedly they ran my insurance twice and it was denied. So I had no choice but to set a payment plan. They have since tried pressuring me into getting my other half done stating that the insurance is pending and should only be the 20% that I owe. On top of that when I asked about what I owe they told me I have a $0 balance. So i assumed that meant my insurance covered my last appointment she then said no I still owe $435 at the time. They are not honest in the slightest. I will be contacting my insurance to see if they have actually sent claims and if so why they were denied to make sure they are not inputting incorrect codes. .
