Affordable Dentures & Implants

This place does not even deserve a star. I drove 90 miles to go here because my location on San Angelo, TX had closed. I needed a repair for a crack on my top denture. I had an appointment at 1pm. Sam, the woman that I dealt that knew about my trip up there, told me to pick up my repair at 3:45pm. She left me a voicemail at 3:53pm that they had been ready since 3:30pm, and that she was closing for the day and I could pick them up the next day. I begged her to please let me have them, that I could not come back then next day, and that they had a sign in the door that said Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. I was crying. She told me to wait 15 minutes; that she was in the back of the office, and would text me if she was able to give them to me. About 20 minutes later, she text me. She was laughing with another employee at the door. She handed me the teeth. I didn't say a word. She yelled at me, "YOU'RE WELCOME!!!" And laughed. I will tell everyone I know to never ever do business with this horrific company again.

Staff was very nice. However they failed to inform me upon making an appointment that they do not take any insurance. Just would have been nice to know before I took pto and wasted 2 hours driving to and from. On the initial form they even ask for your insurance information. They did not inform me until after my visit was almost over. When discussing the plan with the dentist in the back, they gave me the prices which even without insurance was affordable. When I got to the front to discuss the final plans and costs it was DOUBLE of what I was told in the back which I guess is my own fault I should have confirmed the price I was told in the back was out the door cost. But again. I would have much rather known they didn’t take insurance and wasted 4 hours of my morning and I would have went local.

The team in Abilene Texas are very professional. Everything was perfectly handled. Sam at the front window is very accurate with product knowledge, payment plan options, setting convenient appointments, and all is done with a smile. This entire staff was very friendly, caring, and compassionate with every visit. Pricing was definitely fair. When they offered me a payment plan, I automatically said "I’ve never been approved for the two credit options available." I was happy when Sam told me about the new payment plan they are referring clients to. I was even more happy when I was instantly approved. I would definitely recommend Abilene Affordable Dentures and Implants. Hey, I even got a hug on my way out of my appointment. I am very confident with my new smile. I absolutely love the way the staff and doctor were attentive and helpful. I appreciate that they took the time to understand my needs and listen. I’m very pleased with their service and would recommend!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they were so relatable! Their good moods while at work made my mood better! And with the cheap prices that they had to offer me made it even better! If I can walk away from a dental procedure in a better mood than when I came in then I am happy!

My MIL had the BEST experience!! The staff is professional, kind and very patient. Not to mention her dentures were truly affordable and she LOVES them!!! Highly recommend this location!!

I really dislike dentists, they always make me feel bad about my teeth, but this place was different, the staff was super nice and the doctor didn't make me feel bad about my shitty teeth, she worked out a plan that worked for me and we are proceeding. Can't wait to have a good smile again.
