Monarch Dental & Orthodontics - Abilene, TX

The staff from the very first phone call all the way through the extractions and temporaries - have been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I have always been so nervous about dentist or procedures due to a past experience many many years ago. And from that it lead to me not getting the car I have needed for years. UNTIL NOW!!!! The staff explains everything from start to finish, step by step! If I have any questions or issue (adjustments needed) they answer with details and make sure my adjustments are just right! They pay attention to their clients and are so pleasant and cheerful throughout the process. From the moment you open the office door all the way until you leave - it’s so welcoming. You don’t feel like just "another client" but instead you feel like an individual with concerns and someone actually listening! Thank You Monarch Dental for restoring my smile and giving me my confidence back!!

My first visit here and when I walked in the atmosphere was very peaceful the staff knew what they were doing. I didn’t have to wait long signed in took a seat and less then 10 minutes I was already in the back to get seen . The staff was on top of everything got my X-ray s done fast and the dentist came in a few minutes later taking a look at my teeth and X-ray and explained everything to me what my options were not giving me a run around like others have done . Went over my dental procedure that was going to be done explained it very well to me

This place has gone down hill in the past year. Last November I called due to needing a tooth pulled and the fastest I could be seen was 3 weeks away. I used another dentist in that time because who can wait 3 weeks for a painful tooth? I still kept my cleaning appointment because it took 3months to be seen by the hygienist in the first place. Currently I made an appointment in September for a tooth I was having issues with and again, it would take 3 weeks to be seen. I received a call back a week before the appointment just to be told the Dr. would not be in that day. We rescheduled for this Friday October 24th. I just now get a call that the Dr. will not be in again and they will have to reschedule for November 13th. This place is a joke do not waste your time. Thank goodness I had forgot to cancel anyways because Smile Crafters was able to get me in 2 days after I called and I have already been taken care of.

Going to the dentist has got to be right up there w/publis speaking as something most people don't like to do. Yet, the staff & professionals at Monarch have eliminated my apprehension/fear/dread of these necessary appointments; and, I now actually look forward to my next appointment! You expect professionalism from any medical office, but professionalism doesn't calm your anxiety. I've been going to Monarch for the last three yrs; and, their staff are very warm, friendly & caring people who have put my fears to rest. For ME to say all this speaks volumes as I used to be the biggest chicken when it came to dentistry. Give Monarch a try, you'll be glad you did!

I will recommend Monarch dental over and over for their prompt and highly professional way of dealing with clients. From the receptionist to the dental assistant and the dentist himself.They communicated well with me at every step of my visit. The staffs are highly courteous and made the visit a very good one for me.

Friendly staff and great service. They do a great job at cleanings and have always been easy to talk with and up front about care.

My son went to college in Abilene and we needed to get him set up, but my schedule wasn't allowing me to be able to travel down during his first appointment. As a momma bear, this made me worried. (Yes, I know, I gotta let them fly on their own! But still, it made me nervous!) 😬 I had zero reason to fret though as Heather and the team took amazing care of him!!! Heathers communication and follow through is what every parent hopes for during their kids first appointment by themselves. I can't thank her and the staff enough for taking care of him! Amazing job!!! I truly appreciate it. His smile is looking amazing too!! I 100% recommend this office for your dental needs.
