Key City Dental Studio: Karen Key, DDS

Today I went to Key City Dental Studio for the first time. Since I was little, I have always been anxious about the dentist, and it’s continued as I’ve grown into an adult.. so it’s safe to say going somewhere new today had me so stressed out. However, the staff at Key City made me feel so safe and well taken care of. Julissa, the one who did my X-rays, was fantastic. She assured me that I was doing a great job, made sure I was comfortable through the entire process of getting the X-rays of my entire mouth. She spoke very highly of the dental team and the dentist herself. I then met the dentist, Karen Key, and she was very knowledgeable about dental care and was very kind. Usually when I go to my dentist, I feel like the staff and dentist are judgmental. Today, I felt like they did not judge me one time. I highly highly recommend going to Key City Dental for all of your mouth care needs. I was impressed. It was clean, they had music on to relax you, and they have huge windows with bird feeders so you can watch the animals. It was a very calm vibe and it makes me feel less nervous when I need to go to the dentist.

We are new patients at Key Dental and from the time we walked in to the end of our appointment, the entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will definitely continue to be patients at Key Dental and recommend them.

My experience with everyone here as been nothing but pleasurable. I had to have a partial plate because of my years of dental neglect. They went above and beyond for me to have a perfect fit. Every time I came back for adjustment they never made me feel as if I was a bother. The atmosphere is very calming and reassuring. I will never fear going to the dentist again.

DR. KEY AND STAFF! Number 1- let me just tell you how happy I am to come to google to read reviews on businesses before I choose. I decided to pick Dr. Keys office per previous reviews and I'm so happy I did. I've gotten my scaling cleanings.. I've gotten crowns- PRETTY CROWNS- small little uniquely made crowns, I've gotten my bridge made here- a PRETTY bridge lol- they look so real and the professionalism of Dr. Key is amazing- she just goes in and does her magic! I love the dental assistants too! This office rocks! While they doing work in my mouth they conversate and work- and it makes me feel calm. Dr. Key is so confident as well- knows exactly what she needs and gets it done. The appointments are PROMPT! No waiting- No long visits waiting to get cleanings, crowns and or fillings! They get you in- work and get you going and feeling better and healthier as far as your dental hygiene goes! The hygienist is awesome herself.. she's gentle and really gets in there to have a very refreshed mouth and loves her job! =) I am SO HAPPY I CAME HERE! Nervous? DONT BE! I am already excited to go back and get my fillings done on Wednesday- they do such a good job for a girl that was TERRIFIED of dental work. I hated the shots- Dr. Key knows exactly where to put them and get you numb so you don't feel a thing! I love all the ladies here and for the pricing to be super TRANSPARENT upon check in and check out- with receipts with everything in detail. Cynthia at the desk is great at booking and getting things worked for you. Text messages for appointment reminders! Give her a try! Also the waiting room is not bombarded with people either- its a cute waiting area and I always get called back within 3 min or less.. smells good in there too! =)

The BEST experience. Very pleasant and professional. They didn't try to push a treatment plan and worked with me to tailor a plan for me. My cleaning was thorough and my treatment was the least painful I have ever had. (And, I've had A LOT.) Plus, they are some of the best (and attractive) people I know, with just the right amount of sarcasm to make me laugh. (I don't laugh while they're performing treatment, that would be dangerous.) My experience was very pleasant. All the staff were very helpful. The front desk lady was helpful in helping get me get all my paperwork done. The lady that did the Xray’s was very polite and trying to make things go quickly as well not to make it uncomfortable, which most dental places do. The dentist was very professional in letting me know what to expect and what needed to be done. Overall they all gave me input on everything I needed to know. Just to mention also they got me in really quick too. Thank you so much , you and your staff were very helpful and supportive as well as friendly. Thanks again, Estella Rocha.
