Isabel did a wonderful job explaining everything on my first visit. Extremely professional and thorough. Very compassionate care. Dr. Stewart White was extremely nice and professional as well. They explained in detail my plan of care. The lady at the front desk went over the plan and costs. I am excited to have a new dental home since recently moving from Austin. Look forward to many years of wonderful dental care. Thanks so much!

Isabel is Dr Jones’s hygienist who took care of me for my initial New Patient appointment. She walked me through every step of the way as she was taking X-rays, cleaning my teeth, explaining every procedure. Dr Jones came in checked my teeth & X-rays, asked questions, and answered my questions, explaining details and reassuring me all is well. I’m very pleased with my new dentist & hygienist.

Isabella did a great job with my dental cleaning. Dr White was kind and presented facts to me I needed to know about my teeth. I did not feel pressured into a sale and I felt welcomed here. The staff is great and friendly. I had a lot of anxiety coming into this, and I do not know why. The staff made me feel at home. Quick and great work. Price is reasonable

Isabel was a phenomenal hygienist! She is very thorough and considerate. She communicated what she was doing and what she was going to do next every step of the way. I’ve never had a hygienist that communicated so thoroughly before. I’ve had some great hygienists in the past, but she definitely blew them all out of the water. She’s the best!

Dr. Leedy and Jessica RDH were kind and thorough. I recently went back but with no insurance and received service from a different combo. The experience felt rushed and lacked communication from the check in staff to the back. I was also not made aware of any discounts (mentioned on their site) as a am now self pay. I went in as a preventative. Unsure if I will continue with this practice.

I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office over the course of two visits. At my first appointment, the dentist barely sat down while examining my teeth, which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable, like he didn’t want to get close enough to do a thorough exam. I was told I needed a filling, which they were able to do the same day. Unfortunately, that same evening the filling cracked and part of it fell out. I had to return two days later to have it redone. While it was refilled, the result was uneven and had a strange texture. I didn’t say anything further at the time because I couldn’t afford to keep missing work. Despite this experience, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a cleaning six months later, assuming the issues may have been due to staffing shortages that week. When I arrived for that appointment today, after missing work, I was told they no longer accept my insurance. Apparently the office had been bought out by a new company, but no one contacted me in advance — despite having six months to do so. Now I’m trying to have my records transferred to a new dentist and have been getting the runaround.

Both my wife and I went to Abilene dental for our new patient check up. The entire staff at Abilene Dental was so nice and polite. We were both seen by Dr. White whom we both felt very comfortable with. Nobody likes going to the dentist but the staff can make all the difference in the world, in making you comfortable. We went through the process of getting x-rays and photos of our teeth. Abilene Dental obviously uses state of the art equipment. I am 66 years old and they asked me what my desires were for treatment. I told them I just wanted to keep the teeth I had, maintain healthy teeth and be comfortable . They did not try push me into anything I did not want to do. Both my wife and I are so happy with Abilene Dental. We will continue with them as long as they continue business.
