This hair store is great. They have a large variety or whatever you may need to style your hair whether it be wigs, tracks, braiding hair etc, they also have a lot of great styling products. I would highly recommend shopping here plus the customer service is amazing

The Asian man that works there is very rude, he snatched something out of my hand while I was unlocking my card and told me to move. He needs to be fired, I will be filing a complaint on this store because I heard he’s rude to most people that come there..

All one can say is that their prices are too high, but the location is convenient—only a few miles from home.

Great place to buy Ethic RELAXERS and Hair color and product s. They are pretty friendly and helpful. I really enjoy shopping there.

They are always nice

The price onthe product was $9.99. Titan beauty/wigs charged my credit card $29.99. They refused to give me my money back and they refused to let me exchange . I went back and forth with 2 of them. This is the second time they over charged me the last time it was for $1. I shop there all the time. Most stores when you shop there all the time know their customers and are friendly. They don't have friendly and good customer service. But this time stealing $20 from me I will never shop there again. They follow people around in the store like they gone steal and they are the ones stealing from their customers.

This was the best Wig place I’ve ever been too. Extremely nice workers helped me through my entire process giving me any and every options they could and really couldn’t have done their job better I loved my experience and their quality is just amazing. Would completely recommend this place to any and everyone. 11/10
