Went in for help to match a lip shade to a liner as I’m newer to using makeup, and was met with rather hostile attitude. Upon asking the first employee I saw, I was looked at like a deer in headlights and then was told to wait so they could get me some help. Once the other employee arrived (a tall middle aged blonde woman), I explained why I needed help and she couldn’t have seemed more uninterested in helping me. I was brought to one section and told to look there before she quickly walked away, with zero help or guidance pertaining to the color matching I was seeking. I decided to swatch a bunch of colors and found one myself after a bit of time. Customer service here LACKS during any of the afternoon/evenings I have shopped here. In my time today in store the girl on register handled a large line all alone so props to her!

Went to my car to open a lip product and the applicator was stuck inside the bottom where the product was. Couldn’t even use it. Went inside to exchange it and was told I had to wait 24 hours despite being in the store not even a minute prior. The manager didn’t really seem to care and it appeared as if I had inconvenienced her. She wasn’t sincere in the slightest. She was incredibly rude and had a major attitude. While I understand a policy is a policy, the way in which it was delivered was very disrespectful. Manager was blonde and had an English accent. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this Ulta to anyone.

Literally bought a product, went to my car, opened it, part of the product was damaged, walked in to exchange the product, and the manager told me they couldn't do it within 24 hours of a purchase. I've never had this problem at any other Ulta store before.

Jordan literally was the best. I usually avoid the store but Jordan came in and helped me with every question and concern I had. Great conversation as well. Will definitely be coming back for that kind of service again!

This Ulta location is a total mess. The staff is rude and clearly not trained in customer service. They dyed my hair black instead of dark brown, then refused to let the lead stylist fix it because it would be free. When I asked to rebook, Jackie said I could with someone else but when I insisted on the lead, she suddenly said I wasn’t welcome back because I was "rude." All I did was ask them to fix their mistake- and I call back the manager hung on me twice !!!! I have everything all the communication - I’m now waiting to hear from the director for a full refund and to cover the cost of fixing my hair elsewhere. If not, I’ll be taking legal action. Do better, Ulta.

Great experience at this Ulta store. If you’re going for ear piercing, Brianna is your girl(!); she is wonderful and thoughtful. Other store associates were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Bad customer service. I was at this Ulta to Buy a product that clearly showed they were 50% of the retail price as per their signed. First of all, the employee she took over 15 minutes to help me because they had it in a drawer and had to wait for an employee with a key and I had to go to the register to ask for help, when I already asked for help and made me wait for assistance. I spoke with the manager she clearly said she can’t honor that price to me because they made a mistake by putting that sign on. I was disappointed, not my problem they didn’t follow their rules right and put on prices on products by mistake. Moreover, she never opened the drawer to provide me with what I was looking for to buy, and told me to go online "not Ultas website" to buy what I was looking for to try to buy it 50% off their retails price. I was not happy with the service, I was very disappointed neither employee helped me nor honor me the price neither helped me to buy it from Ultas website. I’ve been to many Ultas and this one was a big disappointment. Not happy.
