Besides the store being super organized and in stock of the best skin care products and makeup, my first time having a makeup artist do my makeup at Bluemercury was excellent. It was last Saturday for a holiday party. It was done very professionally and I looked super glam for this party. I highly recommend getting makeup done at this store for an event or special occasion!

The store is amazing! Always so clean and and the staff is SO personable. The manager Chelsea was able to help recommend a complete skin care regimen for me! Its not only a luxury store but a luxury shopping experience!

I love this store and love the sales team. I've been a "Rouge" member for several years at the other beauty shop that first came to the area. I never experienced such amazing service as I do at West Hartford Blue Mercury. While I must give big props to Brianna, because she's my solid, countonable, go-to sales rep at this store, I appreciate each person I've worked with at this store. They're knowledgable, helpful and generous of Spirit! Dare I tell you how much I've spent because 1) They've got the BEST clean skincare products, 2) the timing was right with big promotions, and 3) I want to buy from them, because they want to help me make the best choices for me!
