Kroger Marketplace

Weekday evening around 7pm. The lines for check out extended halfway across the store for no apparent reason. Customer service was aware but seemingly unable to get the line shorter for sometime. Previous visit: May 2025: visited after dark. Some of the Perdue chicken expired a couple days ago already, but was still for sale. Overall the store was bright and clean. Some of the muffins that were $6 said "select varieties" $3.99, but I was unsure which (or if all) were $3.99. this was confusing to me and I didn't see any self scanners. Feb 2025:Visited on a weekend evening for just a couple of things. The handicap parking spots seemed shorter than other places I've been to. The grocery cart seemed a little harder to push, like the wheels were slightly stuck. The valentine's candy in the back row. was on clearance but the sticker band placard prices didn't match the actual prices at checkout. The buy 2 get one free 12 pack sodas didn't reflect the free price until after you hit "pay"

Prices too expensive. Over $7 for a gallon of apple juice. I know I don’t have to buy that but I remember when it was like $4. A lot of products that used to be about $1 have gone up but it says "new low everyday price". I did a pickup order and received a crushed box when I requested a crockpot. Crockpot isn’t broken but the box looks like someone dropped it. I opened it outside because I was afraid there was broken glass.

This is a nice store. It is fairly well-maintained and clean. The shelves throughout are well maintained and neat and well stocked. The reason for only 4 stars is because of mops and cleaning equipment left out in customer view. This may seem minor but to be a 5 star it just needs to be cleaner in the corners and not have mops or wet floor signs left on long-dried floors The employees are nice and food prices are not unreasonable but many of the non-food items are less expensive at Walmart. Overall this is a nice place to shop.

The store is great they always have what I want and clean and everything . But the 1 star is for the pickup for groceries I had ordered them on Friday at 11:00am and was supposed to be picked up at 6 was there till almost close by the time someone finally came out and told us about the status of our orders . Mine wasn’t even picked yet so I just canceled the order and came into the store Saturday morning .

I went through self check out around 4pm today. The lady that was working the area was so rude and extremely loud about it. She kept saying "everything was annoying her"…even some of the customers were apparently "annoying her" and every time she had to assist a customer in self check out she’d roll her eyes and was very rude to them. I had to encounter her twice for help when the self check out said assistance was needed and communicating with her was awful. I usually love this store, but customer service is lacking now. People with this kind of demeanor shouldn’t be employed in the customer service industry.

Was treated poorly by the pharmacy staff. The male pharmacy technician at the counter was extremely rude and acted like I was a bother to assist. He did not ask what I was there for instead kept trying to push hand medications over that were not needed. When asked to stop and listen I was met with a middle finger and told if I continued no meds would be filled. Techs name was Zach Dobin. Not sure what his issue was but someone should speak with him about his attitude and the way he handles customers.

I live right down the road from here so it's so easy and convenient for me to do my grocery shopping here, but I'll make the drive to the watson store from now on. The customer service is TERRIBLE. You have a lot of people here not only the ones who stock the shelf but leaders in management who obviously hate their job and don't wanna work here. If me asking you a simple question about my Kroger app and my coupons upset you, then you're in the wrong business sweetheart. I didn't catch everybody's name, but, ANISSA, needs to work on her customer service and her attitide, and whoever the assistant manager was needs to do the same, cause she most definitely don't know how to talk to people. Luckily, CHARRISSE, was such a sweetheart to me and helped me find what I was looking for and answered my questions to the best of her ability. You need more workers like her. But, ANISSA, and the assistant manager just really rubbed me the wrong way. You've lost a loyal customer. I don't mind making the drive for a good atmosphere and great customer service.
