K-Pop Gateway

I'll update my review in the future when I actually get a chance to shop here, but we came this November for the 1verse fanmeet and can't wait to come back! The staff that I have interacted with briefly online are very nice, the store was very accommodating and did an amazing job organizing this event pretty last minute. The store was closed for the event and everything was moved out of the way, but from what I've seen the set up is super cute and they have some really cool things for sale! They have a couple cute claw machines in the corner, lots of Kpop merch, and even some skincare products up at the counter! From their videos on Instagram it looks like they have areas set up to hang out to talk with friends or trade pcs too.

Kpop Gateway isn't just a store. It's been like another home and another family for me. The customer service is great. And the vibe there is amazing. Staff is always welcoming. The store owner Maggie is such an amazing person and I could not be more thankful for her, letting me be apart of the community she created. She made us all family! And I am so grateful to be apart of it. 🫰💕

staff is super friendly and can be kind, however the owner herself is off putting and rude to most clientele that come through. as a fresh face to kpop i did not feel the most welcomed by the older woman with red hair and i will not be returning! prices are also not the best

I took my daughter this past weekend for the first time to attend "Trade Day". She was super nervous as she doesn't have a lot of KPOP friends at school but informed me she was met with kindness the second she stepped in the store. The customers who were trading made her day and even gave her some freebies for groups she was learning. Kudos to the owner for providing a space that my child would be embraced for her quirky hobby when most judge her!!!!!! Bless you!!!

A great place if you're looking for anything K-Pop or Korean music culture really. You can find plenty of music genres including K-Pop, R&B, or even Rock. This place is great for finding albums that are surprisingly hard to find online as it seems they are able to acquire them. They also sell a variety of wands, cards, and other collectibles. They're easy to contact if you're looking for something specific to see if they can get it in stock. They are polite and professional. They are following current respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended.

Kpop Gateway really feels like a true third place. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff are always amazing to talk to. Not only helpful, but super friendly and always with a new recommendation up their sleeves. I always walk out with a smile on my face and I can't wait for the fun they have to share for years to come.

Such an amazing store! The staff are very friendly and helpful. You are greeted with a smile as soon as you arrive. The store has a big selection of items. I have been able to find lightsticks, albums and other merch. The events are also super fun.
