You’re greeted upon entry, the young girls are so delightful very helpful and friendly. The store was nice, clean, and organized very well. The shelves were fully stocked. They don’t miss, their goal is to please. I am very impressed with this store, Keep up the good work. Staff are amazing!!

Visited this location on 9-30-22 and purchased a purse. They were nice during the transaction. I used the bag at the airport today and the handles snapped off. They are glued on the bag and we’re not secure. I called on 10-1-22 and told them what happened. They only offered an exchange if I bring the bag back to Toledo! No one expects to spend $40 for a bag and have it break in hours. Avoid this shop!

From hair products to hot Combs to nail polish to night caps scarves I mean when I say they got everything it's just hard to explain 👏🏽🤭🤷🏼

Ive been shopping here for YEARS!! I love this hair store and the staff is cool. They know me and my daughter from coming here so often. Even though I don't live in Toledo anymore, no matter how long I stay away, they remember me. They keep a broad variety of items, and the store is clean and just really laid back. 👊✊😉 8/5/23 update: I still love this hair store! The customer service is awesome. I shop here very often. They have a wide variety of items for your hair care needs as well as clothing items, makeup, jewelry, shoes. And reasonable prices. Check em out! 4/25/2024 I still love this store. The staff are chilled and laid back, they still have a wide variety of items to choose from. Reasonable prices as well. I've been shopping here since this store been here. Lol And now that I live closer, I'm here almost daily. And their point system is so awesome and it comes in handy. When you enroll, each time you make a purchase, you get a percentage back towards your future discounts. You can choose to redeem it to knock off a few cents or a few dollars from your next purchase or like I do, I let it stack up then have a big discount off of merchandise I choose to use it for. It's the coolest. Check em out! 😁

One of the best beauty supplies I have found in Toledo! They have amazing deals and I can usually find everything I need here. The customer service is outstanding! They are always so helpful even when my child runs around the store. I highly recommend shopping here.
