I scheduled an appointment for my 3 year old to get her hair cut with Shantea L. She was patient and educating me on how to care for my daughters hair. I was very nervous about taking my daughter to get her haircut because I wasn't sure how she would act/behave, but to my surprise she did good. Shantea L. was then able to help me pick out a leave-in conditioner and educate me on how to use it. I did exactly what she recommended and now my daughter's hair is sooooo soft and I am able to run my fingers through her hair. Thank you so much Shantea L.!!! I had the best experience with Alyssa at Ulta! She does an absolutely phenomenal job with balayage blonde — my color looks so natural, blended, and healthy. She really listens to what you want and understands how to create a beautiful blonde without it looking overdone. I always leave loving my hair and getting so many compliments. If you’re looking for natural-looking blonde balayage, Alyssa is your girl!

Zoe at the register was the MOST helpful. Such an angel! ❤️ she had great customer service and it felt like she really cared for me as a customer. She also told me about products that i never knew of before that I decided to pick up and i LOVE SO MUCH! I will be using everyday.

Been to this store 1 time, the workers looked sooo tired, no smiles. I had a employee say to me, Do you need help "babe?" I said, Yes "BABE". I am glad she did acknowledge me, seeing I was having problems finding what I wanted to purchase. Times sure have changed since I was 19, I'm almost 60 now. I am sad to see this generation of workers suffer through having to help a customer spend their money.

The Benefit Brow Bar is top notch because of Alexa. Alexa has tinted and waxed my brows a few times now and they are perfect. Alexa takes her time - treats me like I am the only person in the store. Alexa is very knowledgeable and extremely talented. If I have a question or concern, Alexa will listen and provide suggestions or clarification. I have never been this pleased with the final look or the high level of customer service. Alexa - you have made a customer for life. I sure hope Ulta in Temple knows your value!

The pictures speak VOLUME! I don't usually leave negative reviews but this experience was awful! I've never had anyone mess my hair up like this. I originally went in on a Saturday, I asked for icy blonde she said not a good idea so I just went with my regular blonde and red highlights I've gotten for years! They ran out of the red dye they were using in the middle of doing my hair so they went and mixed two colors up to "color match". When she started to rinse my hair I just had a feeling it was going to be bad when she used hot water instead of cold water but I'm no professional so I just assumed she knew what she was doing. After cutting it and blow drying she asks "how are we feeling about the color" MY HAIR WAS NEON ORANGE!!! I was so upset but I tried to be understanding and they had me come back the next day to get someone else to fix it... needless to say it WAS NOT fixed, it may have been a little less orange but no where near what I had asked for.. the first two pictures are from the 1st day and the 2nd tow are after their 2nd attempt to "fix it".. I kept my cool the manager was nice and appreciated me being calm about it but causing a scene wouldn't have gotten me anywhere but all the attention on this awful hair I had to walk out with! They asked me to come back a THIRD time with a more experienced color specialist, after thinking on it I decided not to and here I am about 2 months later still trying to do color correction on my hair, the orange has been so stubborn and hard to get out! Please use caution if you are thinking about using this salon!
