Marshalls

Marshall’s is dangerous for my wallet, I always end up spending hundreds! But this time I was blessed and won a gift card, which made my day. The store is always clean, and the workers are super friendly. No complaints at all!

I was in Temple for an appointment and thought I would pop in on my way home. I was very disappointed. The store looks more like a Goodwill store than a major department store. There was no rhyme or reason for the setup. There were industrial push carts around the front of the store. The clothes looked old, very wrinkled and second hand. I understand that Christmas just passed but there has been ample time to clean up. Nothing seems to have a proper place. It's just shoved here or there. All of the workers were on the registers. From now on, I will stick to the Waco location.

Fun place to check out and look for good finds. A lot of bins full of merchandise in the aisles. This is one of the few stores which has the Pur gum on a basis and hanging up so it is easy to get to. The shelves are usually over full, so you get tired of weeding through them to find things. The clothing and shoes are out of the price point I like. Markdowns are like anywhere a hit or miss and sometimes not really a markdown at all. Customer service is okay. You sometimes get the best service when you are checking out!

Never had any issues with this Marshalls, but this time around I did with a pair of boots that I purchased. I guess the people working there are not paying attention. They rung me up but I guess they did not ring up the boots???? They ended up not working for me so when I came to return them they were not listed on the receipt. So youre telling me I walked out of Marshalls with free boots? You're telling me it looks like I stole these boots and came back with a bs receipt to get money back? I did not even realize the boots were not listed on the receipt this is the first time this has happened to me. BTW the manager that was there said yes I could have walked out with them since they do not have a sensor so I went through check out with this big box with boots in them, purchased other items and walked out LOL. I had to take the in store credit which I did not want. FYI people you can walk out of Marshalls with a box of shoes and they won't know

Went to Marshalls today and I'm reminded of why I never shopped there. I searched for a good 20-30 minutes finding a shirt that I liked. I finally get up to the counter which by the way it was the only register that had the light on so I assumed it was open I'm waiting there for a good almost 5 minutes and there's three ladies behind the counter One turns around and looks at me and continues talking to the other coworker . then another lady comes up to register one and she was checked out right away. I said excuse me is this register not open the light is on? they said oh we will get to you whenever we can they'll call your name I'm like oh well, I was here first and this lady just came up and was helped right away I told him that was very rude and I told him they could keep my shirt. They obviously could have told me to come to the other register instead but no they just looked at me and made me wait I will never go there again.

I like Marshalls, they always have nice items, and the prices are reasonable. It’s one of those stores where you can find a little bit of everything, from home decor to clothes and beauty products. That said, this particular location always seems to have a long line. When you first walk in, it looks like the line isn’t too bad, but by the time you’re ready to check out, it’s wrapped around the store. I’m not sure if they’re short-staffed or what, but it definitely slows things down. Regardless of the line, I still shop there because the deals are good and the selection is worth browsing. Just be prepared to wait a bit when you’re done shopping.

Was looking for a good deal on workout clothing. 😀 Found a wide variety with fantastic prices that saved me a bundle. If you're looking for deals, this is the place to go. Staffing very helpful, store very clean
