This is so terrible that I don't even want to give it one star. It is the reality that they will outright lie to you in order to increase their financial gain. Now, prior to today, I had never set foot inside of this store. Because my usual spot was closed, this was my only option left, so I went in. I wandered into the chaos and emerged having been taken advantage of. Even while it says "whole lace" on the packaging, that doesn't necessarily imply that's what you're getting. In addition, the wig that was displayed was not the one that was provided. As soon as I got home, I opened the package, and inside was nothing but a wig with a net. If the wind were to blow in the appropriate direction, the only object that would be visible would be the net. In addition to the fact that they increased the price of this synthetic wig to $89 (despite the fact that it broke apart the moment I brushed it), which means that I am not only out the wig and the money, but I also drove an hour away, which was for nothing. I would advise staying away from this location. This is inferior to a great number of other locations.

I drove an hour away and bumper-to-bumper traffic to be greeted by assigned saying they close at six, And on the door, they have a bunch of signs stating the rules no large backpacks nothing of the sort and no kids

I went to the store and I asked for virgin curly human hair that I can dye. I was given remi human hair and was told I could dye it and it will be fine. Unfortunately, the hair was dyed once and placed in my hair, the curls were completely flat!! I’ve tried placing water, conditioner and gel to revive the curls, but no avail. Now it looks like I have good curls on top (my natural curls) and damage hair at the bottom! I’m out of $300. Do not recommend this place.

The owner( the lady) is very friendly. Although small, you can find most of what you need. One other thing, I wish they had more of the hair selection( they had the hair that i really wanted in only 2 colors and not enough of it) . Overall , I would recommend this place

My daughters came home CRYING because this store owner was so racist to them after she sold them a faulty product (a wig--all her bad reviews are about wigs because that is clearly the scam she runs). Instead of following best practices, she raised her voice at the people who she just TOOK MONEY FROM and had the audacity to be racist. I am most certainly reporting this business. I can't wait until it is shut down, just like the store owner deserves.

JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE THE ONLY "ETHNIC" BEAUTY SUPPLY IN THE AREA OTHER THAN SOMETHING LIKE SALLY'S BEAUTY...DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO HAVE ITEMS TRIPLE PRICED. SHAME ON YOU! OWNERS ARE NICE AND DECENT THO..SOME OF THE ASIAN HELP NOT SO MUCH. I ONLY GO WHEN I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT FEEL LIKE TAKING THE DRIVE TO THE OTHER SIDE. 🙂 ***Update...has really improved!!!! Prices still ...a little up there for some things but now still better in line with other supply stores! The owner is now actually my girl..very helpful and kind...not as prejudiced as before even the husband's approach has changed! He is very nice now and even said "don't rush it's ok" when I came a few minutes before closing! Little things like this and having good products and decent pricing will win every time! Keep the good work up my friends! Even with new competition down the street I love it! Especially how you now work together for the customer. FYI he actually directed me to this location for something he didn't have! Keep ordering more variety, being friendly, and understanding of today's economy! And there's no stopping us from coming and buying!! Go town n country/Baycrest! Even through the past storms...we survived! I love it here!
