Incredibly creative, open to feedback, and will collaborate with you to achieve exactly what your hair goals are!

My wife's birthday was today, and we planned to spend the day visiting different stores that offered birthday gifts as part of our celebration. Most places we went had great customer service and friendly people — until we stopped by Ulta on Citrus. When we first walked in, we weren’t greeted. There were only a few customers in line, so we waited and looked around. My wife approached one of the employees — a thinner white woman with dirty blonde curly hair, on the taller side — to ask about redeeming a birthday gift. The employee looked visibly annoyed and ignored her the first time. When my wife asked again, she snapped, "It’s all in the app," and walked away. We stood there awkwardly trying to find the code in the app, feeling a bit confused and uncomfortable. Thankfully, another employee came over and kindly offered to look it up by phone number instead. She was polite, helpful, and a complete contrast to the first woman. As my wife continued browsing birthday gift options, she asked another question — and once again, the rude employee ignored her. The helpful employee mentioned the details were in the app, to which the rude one added, "You would’ve known that if you just did it through the app," in a disgusted, condescending tone. It was incredibly disappointing, especially since it was my wife’s birthday and she was just trying to enjoy her day. The difference in customer service between the two employees was night and day. I genuinely appreciate the kind employee who helped us, but the other woman’s attitude completely soured what should’ve been a simple, pleasant visit.

Always had a great experience in this store with help from staff, but today's experince made me never want to come back to this store. Shelly was the one helping me check out she had an attitude the entire time, I had gift cards she seemed annoyed. When asking about using a coupon she said too late. I brought up the birthday gift all she said was after. I left with not being able to use my coupons nor get my birthday gift. I definitely wont be coming back to this store.

Best haircut ever! Sarai left me feeling refreshed and like myself again, giving exactly the style I asked for. She even asked more questions and discussed my hair type to better understand the look we were going for. She used great products and I will definitely be heading here again!

Staff not friendly at all. Wasn't greeted when I came in even though I made eye contact with them when walking in. Felt i was being followed around the store. Each area i went an associate conveniently popped up as if they were "looking or stocking" an item. Won't be returning and will be filling a formal complaint.
