i was here for skincare products and i was absolutely gasped by how diverse the products are, almost all the popular and best korean skincare brands are available in store. I end up with 4 products that got recommended by the owner, she’s an expert and she recommended those for my particular skin type. The owner is very professional, also very friendly, she willing to give me advices and recommendations that’s soooooo helpful. I’m sure 100% come back here for my next skincare products refill!!!😚😁

Very clean and well organized place! Had all the skincare brands I’ve heard about, even more so than Ulta or Sephora. Christine was so nice and very knowledgeable. Will be revisiting again!!

I purchased some products and they even gifted me a few sheet masks. Incredible service and the store itself is so amazingly merchandised. 😍

I finally found a place that has all the popular trendy korean beauty products. The prices here are great so if you like supporting small businesses and you're a big fan of korean skincare and makeup, i highly recommend you check this place out. Customer service was great and all the products have tester options.

Palette is an amazing local store for anyone who loves Korean skincare, hair care and makeup. They carry all the best and trendy ones brands like Beauty of Joseon, Round Lab, Cosrx, Abib and many more - All authentic and carefully selected. The store is clean and well-organized and has a wide variety of products for every skin type, even sensitive skin like mine. The staff is really kind and helpful, always ready to recommend something based on your needs. It's so nice to see, touch and test the products in person instead of buying online. Another wonderful thing is that you can tell the staff what skincare products you'd like to get from Korea, and they're willing to bring them to you. Must-visit K-Beauty store in Suwanee!

I always past by this store and I’ve been dying to go check it out. I finally had some time today and I was greatly impressed! So beautiful and clean and has pretty much anything you can think of. My favorite brand medicube & mediheal. The customer service was amazing. She was recommending and showing me many products. Also has many makeup products I am dying to try. Totally recommend! Even if you live far the drive is worth it.

Best K-beauty store in the area! They have so much variety and is not overpriced. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I also got some freebies.
