When u live over an hour away from your go to salon! My reasoning is worth it! My stylist she’s a magician w a spicy side . Ejona looks at my hair and decides what is the best approach from providing me volume , fullness and overall confidence ! I do require a lot but she handles it very well! Usually the stylist that works w your schedule but I work w hers! We share about life , we have fun ! I order lunch or she does! So ejona thank you for always being there much love girl!! Xo

I had my haircut and color done by Samantha, and she was amazing! She was so understanding and took the time to ask plenty of questions to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She absolutely met my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be returning to get my hair done with her! <3

My wife and went in here late afternoon on 9/17, because I wanted to try the Sol de Janeiro scent and see if I liked it, and I needed some face moisturizer. Most of the clerks were really courteous, asked if they could help, one was a little pushy on some moisturizer they were promoting, but overall helpful. Then we went to check out. The lady who had just helped others said I'll be right with you. She then wandered to the front of the store and casually started just looking at stuff and standing around. A few minutes later a very kind clerk checked us out when she noticed we were waiting. We encounter homophobia all the time, but intentionally not serving me when I'm buying product is just bad for business. I would think Ulta wouldn't support this, but needless to say, despite everyone else being kind I don't usually give my business to places I feel unwelcome. UPDATE: The IT moisturizer was too thick and burned my face. I had to wash it off and put ice on my face. I returned it to the one in Peoria on Bell road. They are super nice in that location and the clerk helped me right away no problem. I returned the "confidence in a cream" and got my tried and true Clinique moisture surge.

I love the employees so much. They are so sweet and professional!! My sister and I were in line during a rush and wanted to use gift cards, but unfortunately they weren’t going through because the register couldn’t take gift cards. The girl helping us with our products was super sweet and welcoming and offered a solution immediately and happily redirected us to another girl that did a great job at helping us! I felt bad at first because it was taking a little long but that feeling went away because they handled the situation with such grace, kindness, and professionalism even during a rush! I don’t remember their names but this happened on the 27th in the afternoon (2-4pm). Great customer service!! 🥰🥰

During our visit, the staff member Janice demonstrated unprofessional behavior, including an aggressive tone and ineffective communication with clients. Additionally, while brushing my daughter’s hair, she was noticeably rough and did not demonstrate appropriate care. This was particularly concerning given that a child was involved. Overall, the experience did not meet reasonable standards for professionalism or customer service. In my opinion, addressing this issue at a staffing level—including reconsidering Janice’s role—would be necessary for this location to improve its reputation.

My 17 year-old daughter got her ears pierced in July for her birthday. They were uneven. She let one hole grow back so she could get them redone. She took her Christmas money today and told the girl exactly where she wanted the new piercing. The lady argued and said it needed to be lower. They are worse now than before! The manager gaslit her by lying and saying they weren't uneven. After asking for a refund, my child is now BANNED from ever purchasing anything there again. What a trash store. You get punished for wanting quality service? Go somewhere else, I beg you!

I am male with long hair and I have been struggling to keep my hair looking healthy in the Arizona heat. One of the women at my gym recommended Ulta Beauty to me for my hair needs. I recently went into Ulta for my first time and was totally impressed with their staff and product selection. I was helped by Lisa the manager and she helped me get the best products for my issue of dry brittle hair. I was at a disadvantage being a guy in a girls' world at Ulta and Lisa knew that I needed extra help finding what I needed. Thanks to Lisa's recommendations I have soft and controllable hair again. Ulta Beauty is awesome and I can see why they were so busy when I was there. I am a 100% satisfied customer and thoroughly impressed with their wide array of products. I will be back. Thank you Lisa and team!
