Ruby's skincare was the best I've tried in the bay area after my years of experiences with Korean skincare. I have been with her for two years. She and her staff care about your skin more than you do! They also customize the care based on your skin conditions at that time. For example, if you come back from a beach vacation, they would do more calming and whitening treatment. If you don't sleep well or get too tired or get sick, they will consider another set of treatment. I also like the style of their facial massage, which is not too mellow touch but not too strong to feel the pain. I want facial to be soothing but also effective. Strong recommendation!

One of the most caring and loving skincare center I've ever been! I started with my skin care with Ruby last year and continue going back since then. Ruby will adjust the treatment based on the skin type and the skin condition. Because my skin is extremely sensitive, the products she put on my face are always the least irritating. Also, the equipments they're using are extremely new compared with other skin care centers or salons. Last but not least, Ruby won't force me to buy any products that she put on my face. She'll only mention the products she uses that day for clarification, ensuring I won't have any concerns. I have an extremely great experiences with Ruby and all the staffs here.
