She took the time to actually talk with me first, asked what I wanted, and then suggested a few hairstyle options that would fit my face shape and work well with my hair. As an Asian guy, it means a lot when a stylist really understands my hair type and Mikky nailed it. The customer service was amazing the whole time. Another detail I love: this salon has the most comfortable reclining chairs for shampoo and treatments I’ve ever experienced. Getting a treatment there feels incredibly relaxing. On top of that, everything in the salon—from the tea and coffee to the cushions and small touches—is thoughtfully chosen and high-end, which makes the whole experience feel like a ritual of self-care. I used to travel all the way to LA just to get my hair done, but now that I’ve found this salon in the Bay Area, I can honestly say it’s the best. Highly recommended!

Excellent hair salon and a rare find in the South Bay - top of the line experience and exceptional services. I am so happy with my haircut, color and hair treatment. My hair feels so soft and healthy. They use high quality products and have the most comfortable chairs that you’ll fall asleep while your hair is getting washed. I will definitely go back again.
