Ulta Beauty

Went to Ulta just days before Christmas in a panic. The employees were great. Prices were even better. Thanks Ulta for helping get our last few gifts for our grandaughters, and finishing all the holiday shopping 🛍 phewwwww. 😊

Shoppers beware of the cashier named Maria. She is very nasty, rude, unprofessional, and should not be employed at Ulta Beauty. As a Diamond member of the chain, Maria demonstrated discriminatory practices against me. As I approached her register 4 and placed my 4 items on the counter and paid for them; she refused to put my items in the Ulta Beauty bag. I asked her, why she is refusing to bag my items and she said oh well next customer. I placed my items in the bag myself and proceeded to the store manager Daisy. While Daisy was apologetic for her employee’s disrespectful behavior, and gave me a free mini MAC Stack Mascara; I returned all of the items I purchased. I will NEVER shop at this location again.

On Christmas Eve I went to purchase a gift for my mom. There was a customer and I say that to be polite at the register causing chaos extremely indecisive, horrible communication she honestly seemed a little buzzed but the associate Lynette exhibited A1 top quality customer service skills. She has the patience of a saint. she has an extremely professional demeanor She smiled and remained professional from the beginning to the end of the transaction so if you ladies go in And Shop with anyone, please let it be her because you will definitely leave satisfied an Ulta you need to move her up to corporate she’s ready

I want to say that my visit to this store was terribly awful. I went to get something for my nails and also used the restroom. They didn’t have the product i was looking for and I explained them, that the package was different from the one they showed me, which is the same brand (dashing diva), the girl cut me off and said that was the only thing they had, she didn’t even try to look around to make sure they have it on a different place. Also they denied me the used of the restroom and dismissed me and cut me off by saying that it was only for customers of the salon. What’s with everyone actitud at this store??? What about female emergencies that constantly happen? It was an emergency. I also said that i work for Ulta in Orlando florida, they didn’t care and didn’t at least make an exception. We’ve never treated anyone at my store the way they treated me at this store. We’ve never denied the used of restrooms to ANY customer unless they’re out of service. The customer service to clients and co-workers at this store is the worst I have ever experienced. I visited on 10/03 around 5pm.

Firstly, this store has like 15 employees and maybe 1 customer every hour. Everyone is looking at you, every step you take… LET A GIRL SHOP! I came in to buy a few things, after I got home I realized there were WAY better deals and coupons plus just a variety of options online. So without opening ANYTHING I went back to return a few items. I had the same lady at the register who rung me up, do my returns. Mind you, while i was purchasing the beauty products she was ALL talkative and friendly, making conversations etc. when i came to return, that was the complete opposite. Major rudeness and attitude. The part that really made me laugh was she whispers in her walkie talkie thing "I spoke too soon, I take back what I said" and then again proceeds to say that to another employee near her. YES! YOU SPOKE TOO SOON ABOUT THE PERSON WHO SPENT $200+ AT YOUR ULTA STORS AND CAME BACK TO RETURN SOME ITEMS! Employees act like it’s their store and "THEIR" loss when a return is being done. Get over yourself. I spend over $5,000 at Ulta yearly which they don’t know about. I’ll 100% never shop at this location again.

Very nice store. I also wanted to say thank you to the employee who help me find the lip liner I was looking for :)! She was incredibly sweet and very helpful. All the employees are really kind!!!

Went for a pick up order, clean store, friendly staff the moment you walk in & Nicky was delightful 🙂
