Sephora

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. When I entered the store, there were more than ten employees standing together and talking, yet no one initially offered assistance. When I asked for help selecting a concealer shade, a staff member approached me. She applied the concealer under my eyes using her BARE HANDS which I found highly unsanitary and unprofessional, and you should have seen her face while she was doing it. It made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet basic customer service or hygiene expectations. I will not be returning to this location. Better to order stuff online or go somewhere else where workers are nice and really want to help you.

Awful store, and awful manager that treats customers with a snide and condescending attitude. The blonde manager kept telling me I couldn't redeem my reward, even though I have done so with no issue at other locations for years prior. When I pulled up my account on my phone, which clearly showed that I was still eligible, she still refused to fulfill my order. She had a rude and snippy tone the entire time, like she wanted me out of the way more than she wanted to help me fix whatever the confusion was. I went to another Sephora later in the day and was able to claim my reward with no problem. Clearly, the only issue was her not wanting to help me check out.

Sephora is my best place to buy make up and skin care products very professional staff especially maryam the Egyptian lady she is knowledgeable and helped me a lot today thank you sephora for always choosing professional candidates ❤️❤️❤️❤️

When it’s busy they need more workers at the cashier! Also most makeups/ foundation colors are put in the wrong sample name and slot for people to purchase making it harder for people to look for their color that they want to buy.

My daughter expressed interest in getting some "grown up" makeup and as I don't know much about makeup, we went to Sephora and the staff was so sweet and helpful. Karen made my daughter feel special, explained everything to her directly and helped guide her to the right products for her age and style. They have a new customer for life!

This place treats everyone like a criminal. Follows you around the store because of a high theft rate. I had two seperate occasions when I was treated poorly. Rude comments by staff on two separate occasions

It was a clean and beautiful store. The employees were friendly and engaged with customers very well. The store manager was friendly as well.
