If I could give more than 5 stars I would! It took me a long time to decide where I should go for facials because I'm very picky with who touches my skin. I discovered K & S almost 2 years ago and have been consistent ever since! I feel & see the difference in my skin! They take their time to explain the process and answer any questions- regardless of what their time frames say on the website. Worth every penny!!!

I went yesterday to get a facial and Wendy was the sweetest yet very professional. She assessed my skin and gave me the Microdermabrasion facial. What I loved about this facial experience the most is that Wendy educated me on the type of products to use for my skin. Although this was my first treatment I saw an improvement . I cannot wait to go back.

This was my first time visiting this place. My husband found it to treat me to a facial for my birthday coming up on the weekend.. when I tell you that this place is wonderful, I really mean it. First thing I always pay attention to is cleanliness. KS is so clean. From the receptionist area, to the treatment room and the bathroom. The young lady who did my facial, her name is Snowy was so sweet. She explained everything she was doing to my skin since it's been over 10 years since I've had a facial... don't judge me.. lol. Anyway.. the only unpleasant part was the extractions which I KNEW wouldn't be nice, however Snowy was very apologetic because she knew it would be uncomfortable. I did the sensitive skin regime to see how my skin would react and it was all good. No reactions at all. Nice cleansing, steaming of the face, a seaweed mask and a wonderful arm and shoulder massage while the mask did it's thing on my face. She also did a great job arching my eyebrows. This was a much deserved self care moment that I definitely will do again. To top it off... it went longer than my alloted time because she took her time. Got to the register to pay and all of that wonderful work was only $108!! I was like wow.!!!. gave my girl Snowy a nice tip!! Taking hubby and daughter next time. Highly recommended.

I've been going to K & S every month since August 2022. I came here based on the 5 star reviews and I'm here to say, they are spot on. I even bring my mom along with me! Snowie and Wendy are the best, they assess our individual needs and make modifications as they see fit and it works. I deal with stress, adult acne, and scarring and they help my face look much better.

Went yesterday with my sister for our first facials ever and we both left loving everything about this place !! Both workers are so so so impressive with handling our skin and they made us feel great and even offered us some advice to help with our skincare. Customer service definitely 10/10 and very professional. Definitely coming back.

Best facial I’ve ever had!!! My friend (soon to be bride) and I were desperate to get a facial before her wedding in two days and Wendy was so understanding and miraculously squeezed both of us into her schedule for that afternoon of the morning we called! We originally booked the basic facial that was labeled as being 35 mins, but once we got started, Wendy and Snowie interpreted our skin and personalized our facials. So our facials were two hours! Wendy recommended that I add on the Ultrasonic Facial + Collagen eye mask and for my friend Snowie recommended an added Collagen anti-aging mask to help her skin glow on her wedding day. I want to point out the exceptional extraction techniques they used! Usually my skin welts and is super inflamed after extractions but whatever tools Wendy used was amazing. It left no scars, no welts, my skin was so smooth, and now 5 days out, my skin is still clear and hydrated! Finally, the massage they did at the end was heavenly. I definitely fell asleep because it was so relaxing. Overall, I would recommend this place! The price, service, and professionalism are all there.

Best facials hands down Kim and Snowie are great! They are very professional and the spa is always clean. Kim is always so nice and friendly. She gives great advice for things you can do at home to help improve your face. Great service! Highly recommend!
