I am a huge fan of the ordering online and picking the groceries up from the store and I have to say that the Ireland road Walmart team has a great team. Today they were super busy and unfortunately I had an issue with my barcode and the man that was helping me kept apologizing for any delay... I reassured him that I was in no hurry and I would wait until the problem was resolved for him. Turns out it was just a glitch but he was such a polite worker that I had to give a shout out about him and the whole entire team. I have never had one problem with this service and every team member I have dealt with has been polite, kind, and very helpful.

Every single pickup order has either items missing or wrong items completely. When you contact the store about the issues, they refer you to a corporate number. When you call the corporate number, you get an AI voice that refuses to connect you to a human. There needs to be some serious work done at this location, and at Walmart in general.

Walmart is familiarity. Whether you are in Florida or Indiana, you know without an ounce of a doubt that you will find what you need or a close substitute. Theater popcorn was good, but we needed something more after the birthday movie was done. The deli did not disappoint as they had a variety of mouth-watering food to pick from. The store is well-lit, very organized and big enough to walk around for a workout or to while away time. Excellent, if you enjoy thinking/musing on your feet.

This Walmart should be open until 11 pm. This location has began locking their doors and stopping customers coming in by 10:40. This is ridiculous. Close at 10:40 if that's when the doors lock and nobody else can enter. Or at the very minimum give a warning "open until 11 but no entry after 10:40." I find that completely unacceptable and will be looking to further gain detail on if this is a normal and expected Walmart practice. All I needed was milk, bread, and peanut butter to ensure I could stay in during the upcoming frigid weather. I will now be going to Meijer.

CAUTION HOLIDAY SHOPPERS. I paid over $55.00 for an item earlier today. Before leaving the store I tried using it. It did not work. THIS WALMART REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. Well enjoy it Walmart. It's the last penny you'll ever get from me.
