Christine has given the best customer service I have ever seen, especially with all the craziness going on this close to Christmas! she was extremely busy but stayed very kind and patient even though I had lots of questions. She is truly an angel with that 10/10 customer service
I used to love kohls! As a teenage girl I love to shop but this experience makes me not want to go back. I went a couple of months ago and the employee Tina was very very rude to me. I have never met such an evil lady working in retail. Very unprofessional and seemed like she couldn’t be bothered by any questions I asked. I hope Tina can work on her attitude!!!
This Kohl's, located south of town on Ireland Rd. Tentatively occupying the sacred grounds of where the greatest of all malls once held its vigil for the glory of all Benders, high and low ... (Scottsdale Mall) has some big shoes to fill. Because I wear size 12 and Kohl's has me covered. I love this store. It's pretty much the only place that I actually buy new clothes. And it is normally pretty chill. Very few humans to bother me. I hate humans.
Clean store workers are cool. Other than that I’m 23 and male and I just got followed by a stranger in the store this is 12/14/24. Was absolutely fearing for my life trying to find my friend in the store. After I found my buddy the creeper disappeared. Stay safe out there!!
Our Kohl's on Ireland Rd in South Bend, IN. always has great sales & clearance racks in all the different departments.The employees are friendly & helpful. I have gotten some very good deals. I'm going back today!
Accept one Instacart order for this place for one item and that one item is out of stock with no similar replacements. A waste of my time
We were helped by a woman named Trish and she was absolutely phenomenal! Her smile and attitude truly brighten up that store as soon as you walk in. She’s pretty special and takes customer service to whole other level and it’s nice to see. We will return to this store based solely off of our experience with her today. Thank you, Trish!
