This place has Reasonable prices, friendly & willing/ready to assist workers! been coming here for awhile and it's freshly remodeled with new owners/management. looks so amazing, job well done! It's more spacious and not so bunched together. ANNDD everything is well put together in a place to find and not scattered throughout different aisles!! I can find what I need! They have the same products I know an love, but I see a lot of new inventory as well. Love it here! Keep up the good work!!

I don't remember the ladies name who was working that day, but was truly knowledgeable. I'm a brunette naturally, normally they tell me the wrong thing to get because they don't know and my hair turns orange. Not this time! Kudos

Great people working there. Was able to order a product after it sold out. Awesome customer service! Update: Horrible management! I was purchasing a henna dye that was sold for $5. They upped the price to almost $8. I can buy it from Target for less than $4. That’s the last time I walk into this store. If they see something sells they up the price!!!

I went in there with anxiety and embarrassment because I wanted a wig and for some reason it felt embarrassing to ask for one. I had no idea about styles or prices, what to buy or how to maintain one but they made it such a comfortable experience and made me feel beautiful and excepted. I don’t remember her name but she orders the wigs but she was past nice help me find one and taught me how to maintain it, even put it all on for me and cut the tag so I could wear it out of the store. The other lady (she called her mommas so I’m calling her mommas 😂) she made me feel beautiful as well and apologized a million times for not having a product ordered and literally wrote it down immediately and told me to come back Next week and they will have it. If I could rate them 10 stars I woils

Friendly helpful gentlemen working the store. Was always available for questions and did not act bothered to help us find what we were looking for. Prices seemed reasonable and they had quite a few hair colors to choose from and even had fake sample hair to show what the color actually looked like instead of looking at just a picture that isn't always accurate.

The service here is....very judgemental. As someone who walks in and is very polite and well mannered and is trying to ask genuine questions about how to do certain things with the nail products, i dont appreciate the owner following me around the store and acting as though i was going to steal something solely based on the way i look. (Blue skinny jeans, osiris's, a small nosering and black curly hair. But very very polite.) I walked in and said hi and she said i sounded like a cat. Most of the women that came in were older like 50's and 60's. They didnt have very much product wise either. If you want to go somewhere with great and polite service, i recommend Sallys beauty co. Not beautyco. I dont appreciate being followed around the entire store. I never even took my hands from my pockets. I also dont appreciate the awful looks i was getting the whole time i was there (a whole 12 minutes maybe).

Would rate lower. Staff had very little knowledge about DYING HAIR, are you that thick in the head that you applied to a beauty store. I wish I could remember her name but she was very pushy sales lady and I am overall disappointed with my experience. I will not be coming back. I recommend Sally’s because at least the workers let you shop for yourself.
