XIMI

This is a small store and when I come here it most of the time is packed full with little to no space to move. The workers are nice they usually roam around invade if anyone needs help and are very friendly. The puzzle pieces from Rokr are my favorite part of the store. They are also quite cheap (in my opinion) and are beautiful. The selection of accessories, pens, and other items are great too.

Absolutely love this store! I’ve bought several Labubus from XIMI — all 100% authentic. These are sold out everywhere else, but XIMI always seems to have the best selection. Their prices are also much better than StockX or eBay, which is a huge plus. The staff is super helpful and friendly every time I visit.

DO NOT BUY THESE!! Had already bought a small set, a pink rose and it was actually very nice to build so I decided to try a bigger set this time. Honestly, 0/10 you would think since it’s a bigger set with many more components it would be sturdier. You need a fair amount of pressure to get everything to click into place. I’ve built many of these before and if you don’t click pieces completely into place it can affect the rest of the components. Literally every important piece broke somehow. The steps in the instructions make it feel like they want you to break it on purpose??? For example adding a flower component AFTER it’s already attached to the whole?? I had to throw it away after it basically became unfixable. There’s no backup pieces. I had been keeping an eye on their miniatures and book nooks but after this experience I don’t think I’ll be purchasing them from here. This specific set was $15, so what can you really expect for that price. If you’re going to buy this go ahead and just throw your $15 in the trash. It’ll be the same thing. 😐

Love this store SO much! They have a great variety of cute plushies and so many cute accessories.

I love Ximi and hope they reopen soon! They are my go-to for gifts & stationery at Woodfield Mall. I love going in to look at the cute accessories, stickers, & figurines. 💕

I've always enjoyed coming to this location because of the items they sell, especially the smiskis but I won't support this location or the brand anymore. *TLDR: I was suspected of shoplifting but I paid for my stuff. Not a great shopping experience.* I went inside to look around for a bit and saw that they were selling smiskis. So I went inside, bought two blind boxes, got a receipt, and put everything in my coat pockets. And good thing I did got a receipt because basically, a second employee thought I was stealing! I was walking through the aisles waiting on my spouse to come by, and its possible she only saw me put away the 2 blind boxes in my pockets (the receipt was put away at this point). When I turned around, she and I made direct eye contact for a couple of seconds. I thought nothing of it until she went to the register and started to talk to the cashier. I did felt like she was getting closer to us as well to keep an eye of me before I left the store as well. She was talking very low and touched one of the smiski blind boxes, to ask the cashier if I had purchased some, from what I assumed because of this situation. I made eye contact with both of them as I was leaving the store and smiled in disbelief. I felt like I did something wrong, even though i spent $35 on these two small items. 😒🙄 Which i could have spent it somewhere else and not paid more. The smiskis boxes are $11.25 - $14.00 in Chicago. Especially the new series that came out! I'm just overall very annoyed, lol. Thank you all for reading my review, lol. 😮‍💨
