Kpop Nara - Streets of Woodfield

Was actually disappointed overall with my visit to the store. I drove from over an hour away to visit with my daughter, when I asked staff about some merchandise, I felt as if I was bothering them when I really just wanted to help my daughter find what she was looking for. A lot of the merchandise, which I understand is from overseas, was extremely expensive when I could order from online from a reliable source for much less. My daughter walked out devastated. It would have been more understandable if the staff was more welcoming and helpful. Won’t be back.

The Young man that work at the store was amazing. He opened the door to help my daughter because I am in a wheelchair. And when ever I asked a question which was alot he was very kind and would look to see if they had what I was looking for. I was so surprised that they had so many different items such as albums plushies magazines of both new and older artist. I can't wait for my next concert but I will hit them first.

I came here to see what albums they had for straykids, on the day I was seeing them love, and I found more than just straykids, I found an Enhypen keychain I was on the hunt for! Would love to visit the store again!

Kpop Nara Simple store. Lots of Kpop stuff. Books, cd, dvd, posters. Your typical stuff. Highly recommend

I'm a new fan of K-Pop after years of avoiding the culture since it seemed toxic from the outside. Today, I came in looking to buy some albums to get some bonus offers on PCs and a bookmark that were advertised on the KPop Nara Woodfield Instagram four days ago. When I checked out, however, the employees didn't mention the bonus offer and I rushed out, since it seemed like I was imposing on what would've been a laidback Monday morning for the employees. I messaged the Instagram shortly afterward to confirm whether the bonus items with album purchase were still available, and I have yet to get a response. EDIT: The Instagram page reached out and apologized as well as offered to let me buy the extras if I bring proof of purchase. Since its less than 15 minutes it's not too much of a hassle. If there's an issue with your order or you have questions in store, don't be afraid to ask!

Me and my friends took 5 minutes to take a photo at the Photo Booth. While we were waiting a staff member came up to us very rudely and said "you guys are taking too long and there’s a line forming". Once we got the photos we left the photo booth and only saw one couple waiting. We felt very embarrassed because they made it seem liked we cause a big disturbance in the store. Since they loudly told us to exit. If I could rate lower I would. Do not recommend going there.

Came here for twice 10th anniversary event! Was greeted upon coming in which I love, they had albums i wouldn't even imagine of seeing in a us store! A little pricey for me but looking forward to the black friday sales!
