Brought a wig and went to put the wig on it fell apart. I took it to the store and told Andrew that the lace detached itself from the rest of the wig and he told me there was nothing he could do. I didn’t even want a refund nor did I ask for 1. I asked if he could exchange it for something else it didn’t even have to be the same price I just needed something for work. He was rude and said he didn’t have to do anything and that it wasn’t his problem the lace ripped off the wig.

OWNER IS PREJUDICE REFUSED SERVICE BECAUSE I LOOK LIKE SOMEONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER HE REFUSED TO EXCHANGE MY HAIR I PURCHASED BECAUSE OWNER GOT ANNOYED I RETURNED UNOPENED ITEM THEN BEGAN HARASSING ME FOR A YEAR I CAME IN SAID NOTHING ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE ITEM OWN LOOKED AT ME AND REFUSED. Do not buy owner discriminates! Call police because I ask why I told him call I did nothing wrong at all. Owner is prejudice and discriminates against black woman

The prices were 👍🏽 I won't be back probably doesn't matter anyway sister lady I don't know who you was mad at but I didn't piss you off when customers come into the store you always supposed to welcome them not look at people up and down and roll your eyes that's down right unprofessional maybe that's just the way you are but you and I stood on the aisle you said no words. Know how you doing may I help you find something not a word that's part of your job to welcome people in got to look people up and down sweetheart. I'm not even from there you have to understand your attitude shows you have the day you deserve.

Did not know about the 299 braid here until my niece told me and I absolutely love this store. Staff was friendly and I love that you can exchange or get store credit most stores will not let you do that so thank you. But it’s the 299 braided for me.!!!!!

Will not be shopping there anymore! I was a loyal shopper that recommended other people to shop. Today, December 31, 2020 I was at the store and the sales person was assisting me. I had made a selection and she was checking other hair styles for me. I indicated to her what I was looking for and she was doing her best to assist me. The owner stopped her and she said she would be right back, only she never did. The owner came and said can I help you, but he proceeded to say that she nor he could help me and I needed to just let them know what I wanted and they would not be getting the hair off the shelf for me, which was there procedure. Normally, the store doesn't want customers to handle their products, so I didn't understand that. So I told him no thank you and proceeded to leave and I saw the sales person and gave her back the hair that I was going to purchase. I saw sadness on her face and I told her it was ok and have a Happy New Year. In passing the register and the store now loosing a frequent shopper, I said to him with a smile to have a Happy New year, no response. Not sure what the owner's underline issue was, but he has lost a loyal customer. God bless them and there are other stores i can shop.

Owner is veryyyyyy nasty DO NOT GO HERE nothing IS quality he got mad because I said I was gonna try a wig out he talkin bout we don’t try wigs on but that’s not what I meant it was a different wig for me so I was like ima try it out nd was actually gonna buy it but this man was soooo nasty I want this hair store shut down he don’t deserve to run a business !!! Yall should go to beauty giant or the hair store in the same parking lot as chick fila on victory they much nicer nd have a big neater store nd soooo much more to offer! SHUT DIWN FASHION TREEEEEEE!!!! The Parking lot stay empty anyways !!!

They don’t deserve the one star Google made me give them! They close on 6pm on Sunday and I was there @5:55pm to grab an item before they close and they already had the doors locked and stood there staring at me like I was crazy. They lost a loyal customer due to HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I’m sure they’ll lose more. I give them 0 stars- go spend your money where people care! And if the owner sees this- YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!
